Had a spring snap recently on my garage door that lead to the discovery of many other issues with the system. Most of the parts minus the springs were original with my house built in 1995. Kyle came to my home and even arrived a couple of hours before the expected time I was given. He called to give me a heads up that he would arrive early. Kyle was very polite and professional and explained the options I had in regards to repair. After he fixed everything up he explained to me and went through in detail what he fixed and why. I commend Jordan Andrus. He came out on Monday, December 26. This weather was frigid. I felt badly about calling, but the door needed major help. In shorter time than I expected he had it working fine and quietly. Plus, he was such a polite, likeable, friendly, and good working guy that I loved having him come. I'd recommend this company and this worker to anyone. Fantastic experience!

I called Precision Garage Door at noon Friday. Blake was there at 4:00PM to look at my mother's garage door! He got the door temporarily working, estimated repairing old vs new door. A new door was ordered on Monday. Blake was kind and patient in explaining the options to my mother. Thank you, Blake! Dec. 9, 2022, My mother's garage door was installed by Austin and Ben. A ramp had been installed since the door was ordered which took up alot of the garage. They made the space work for installation. Due to building issues, the frame caused a couple challenges. Austin and Ben made it their mission to make sure my mother's door worked properly. The guys were kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you Austin and Ben!

I was in need of a new garage door opener. Since my wife was on oxygen 24/7, I wanted a garage door opener with a battery backup. If power went out my wife could plug mobile air unit in car and be able to open garage door while car was running. It was October 7, 2022 in the afternoon when I called Precision Door. When Ryan from Precision Door Company came to home, I expressed what I was looking for in a new opener. He listened and was very helpful. He set me up with a Genie DC garage door opener. He was finished with installation and cleaned up old opener and hauled away. He went over all the functions of the new opener. This opener has worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this company. They don't just install. They ask questions and find out your needs and give the best choices to choose from.
