This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door service. They are so flexible on working with my time schedule. My service tech (Cody) was extremely helpful, professional and explained the problems before starting the project and gave me cost options on how to repair or replace parts prior to fixing it. I also appreciated he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. The last time I used Precision was back in June 2022 in which I had 2 garage doors that weren't working. Fixed both doors within a couple of hours and I've never had an issue with either one until just recently. Thank you for providing quality work.

Went to the garage and found a spring broke on the 16 ft. door. Was able have a repairman come within 2 hrs and was able to replace the springs and have the door working within an hour or so. Sam the technician was friendly and polite. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Was very pleased with the service and speed which the door was fixed.
