Adam did outstanding work! I called after normal work hours and to my surprise, my call was answered and appointment set for the next morning. Adam showed up on time and quickly identified my issue and he provided a consultation with options. I really appreciated how patient he was with my questions and the guidance he gave. He did the repair thoroughly and efficiently and made a point of ensuring I understood the work he’d completed and how to perform maintenance moving forward. Outstanding experience from the company as a whole and Adam was a pleasure to work with. I manage a team at my job and would love to have people like Adam representing my company.

My name is Jen and I’m writing this on behalf of my mom Gina as I worked directly with the gentleman that came out today. We have two amazing employees come out for a consult. Their names were Kyle and Mason. We needed a repair and the quote was completely honest and in asking additional questions, we decided to just replace the entire system. The care in explaining the quote, the equipment, the difference in price when we decided it would be best to replace everything and the warranty was fantastic. The fact it was being done same day was also fantastic. They both worked quickly and honestly went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to program my car to the garage door as well. We are extremely satisfied with how they presented everything, showed how everything worked and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this company and their employees 100%. We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

After the project was completed they explained how everything worked as the old garage door opener was old and needed updated and programed. They also replaced some needed parts. I had a problem with my Genie outdoor key pad garage door opener. I thought that I just needed to replace the batteries but apparently it had become disconnected to my overhead opener. After trying to contact Genie about the problem without success, I called Precision Garage Doors who had done the install of the overhead opener and key pad a couple of years ago. They agreed to come out and look at the key pad and determine why it was no longer working since it wasn't a battery problem. Eric came to my residence and quickly determined that the key pad was no longer activating the overhead opener and had to be re-synched. He completed the process quickly and my key pad was operational again. The best part, no charge for the service! Precision is my go to business for any problems with my garage doors. Great service and good people to work with.
