We purchased a garage door two years ago - service at the time was amazing. Since then the electric opener on the garage wall went bad (not part of the original purchase, years old!) Hunter came out a year ago and went over and above trying to fix the unit, tracking down wiring, replacing wiring, and it ended up having to be replaced. We thought he was excellent at the time but I didn't write a review. The cable came off the door, and Hunter was out again to fix it. He is sooo thorough with everything he does. He not only fixed it, but noticed that the board the unit is attached to was slightly loose, secured that. He also made a point to tell us what we needed to do to maintain the door to keep it lubricated, and even left a can of lubricant for us to make sure we had the right stuff! Hunter is a huge asset to your company! Very pleasant, and extremely service minded! Every contact we've had with Precision Door has been an excellent experience, highly service oriented and I highly recommend to anyone!

I am a single senior citizen and when I saw the coupon for Garage door spring tune up in the Valpak coupon mailer I decided to call. The receptionist was pleasant and I was able to easily get an appointment that fit my schedule. I received a text message and visual of the technician that was coming to my home which I appreciated very much. Safety. Can be a concern and having the picture to match the face at my door was great. The technician introduced himself (Worth Henry) and we discussed what his inspection would cover and I also told him about some concerns I had with my garage door. He was very thorough and pleasant. I asked for estimates on repairs that might need to be done but were not in the inspection. After looking in person and seeing what needed to be done I was given price options for what my budget allowed. I am very please with the quality of work completed and the lifetime guarantee. Great service, very happy with cost and quality. I am glad that Precision Garage door company advertised in Valpak and that I used their coupon for a spring tune up! Great day for me, my budget and a safe operating garage door. I happily recommend this company based on my personal experience.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with home repairs. My garage door decided that a Saturday afternoon was the perfect time to break (it wasn't). I contacted Precision at about 2pm. Brandon was dispatched and arrived by about 3pm. He replaced the tracks, wheels, and springs and was done before 430pm. WOW. It's so nice to have a garage door that not only works, but no longer wakes up the entire neighborhood every time I open it. THANK YOU!!! 11/10 Would definitely recommend!

The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor. One more slight life issue out of the way. Thank you Precision Door!

Zach was sale person who came to home to do estimate and measure. Very knowledgeable and very polite. On time and very quick at job. Day of install on time and very quick. Two young men who did our install of new garage, moved old door to barn door and new door opener very professional and personal. The spring on my garage door broke. It was so old. I saw commercials for Precision Garage Door Service on tv and I received a coupon in the mail from them. I easily booked an appointment online. I received reminders prior to my service date. The service workers showed up in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. I received 3 different quotes from them. I did not feel any pressure regarding additional services. The entire service took less than 2 hours. Additional touches that I did not expect, like putting in new light bulbs and lubrication were added with no additional charge. Overall, this was a great experience.
