The tech who came out was a great guy! Not only did he fix the issue (Garage door opener needed replaced as it was 23 years old) but he also taught me a lot about how the whole mechanism works. He wasn't in a hurry; he took his time to tell me what was up and make sure I got what I needed and that it would work for many years. I really appreciate the work! I called Precision and was given an estimate for a spring repair. I was told that Precision would only replace both garage door springs (not just the one that was broken). I was Ok with that because the internet recommended replacing both springs even if only one was broken. The service person Grant gave me an estimate that was similar to the estimate I was given on the phone. Grant replaced both springs very quickly and I was happy with his work. I would use this company again if I needed any work on a garage door.
