Precision is the best! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. At 7:30 a.m. I called Precision, and by 8:20 Ryan was here and started working on my garage door. I needed new springs and rollers. I appreciated he gave me a written estimate and let me choose what work I wanted done, before he started. He was so pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked non stop and left at 9:30.

Ryan called me soon after making contact with the company, notified me his arrival time and was prompt on his arrival to my home. The broken spring was repaired quickly and the garage door was operational. Ryan was polite and professional throughout the service call. I have used Precision Door before, so calling them wasn't difficult. I had purchased a garage door opener and replaced it myself but couldn't get it to work. After calling the manufacturer of the opener they determined it was defective so I took it back and got another one. This one I installed and called the manufacturer to walk me through all the steps to get it going and it didn't work either. I called Precision Door and Ryan couldn't get it to work either so he dismantled for me and put up one of his own up and it worked. Ryan cleaned everything up and left and I took the opener back and got my money back. Ryan did a good job and he was done in no time. I felt bad sitting there watching him work but he kept saying no problem. Next time I will just call Precision Door the first time and hopefully I can get get Ryan again.

Precision garage door meet my expectations and then some. We heard about your company thru tv advertising and are garage door opener decided to go out on us after 30 years, so I decided to call. Wow Ryan called us at 8:00AM on a Sunday and said he was on his way. Ryan was very polite and courteous, and very professional. He gave us a quote to replace our old door opener and told us how long it would take him to complete the job. We like the no extra charge for nights and weekend policy.
