Last evening our garage door springs broke and couldn’t get the door open. We received an appt for this morning. Our technician Nick phoned prior to his arrival, which was during the designated time frame. He quickly diagnosed the issues and offered several repair options. We had multiple components replaced. Precision Door was very easy to work with and very quick to respond. We have a handicap ramp in our garage so we were stuck at home when our garage door spring broke. Garage broke Thursday night, needed it fixed right away since we were hosting a 1yr olds first birthday party. Service came out the following day Friday morning and got it all fixed up. Called and within a couple hours they had a technician out. He had been doing some work not too far away so came right out. Nick diagnosed everything. He pointed out where the installers of the doors had not done things quite right and fixed all of that plus was able to fix our major problem of the door not opening and closing correctly. It was well worth the money we paid for it.
