My name is Charles Herrera, I am Chris’ father. I wanted to help my son by giving him the gift of a new garage door opener, since his stopped working. I contacted more than one company to get an estimate, and or appointment to check out Chris’ situation. Precision not only was the first to respond, they offered me an appointment for early the next day. Their Tech, Grant Sagan exactly when he was supposed to. My son said he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. After Grant diagnosed the problem my son was having, he proposed few options to get the door up and running. We accepted our best option, and the work was done efficiently, and skillfully. My son and I are impressed with the quality of workmanship and the speed at which the repair and installation was accomplished. Definitely a 5 Star installation.
