This is the second time I've used Precision Doors and once again I am totally satisfied! I called today and they were able to fit me in the same day. They gave me a short window so I didn't have to wait around all day. Love that they send me a text letting me know the tech is on the way, their name, and even a little about them. My tech was Grant S. Because of the text I was able to greet him by name and know who to look for. I explained the problem to Grant as he listened and asked me questions. He looked up my service history to make sure it wasn't something from a previous service call. He looked over the situation and gave me a quote as requested. Grant was super friendly and knowledgable. The work was done efficiently and before I knew it, my garage door was good as new. I saw I was struggling to erase codes from my car opener and he was able to give me some tips. I will definitely use Precision Door for all my garage door needs. I highly recommend them and Grant S.

Our garage door would not open so we called Precision Overhead Door Service. They were able to come first thing the next morning. Grant was professional and friendly. Although I have only opened and closed my two garage doors a few times since Grant finished replacing all the rollers, springs, and safety lines, his diligent and expert work has resulted in a quiet, smooth operation of our very old garage doors on a very old track. In fact Grant found a tag identifying the doors and track as having been manufactured in 1936 by Overhead Door Company, which must be correct as my house was built in 1937 and 1938. My kudos to Precision Door Service for restoring the mechanical operations of our almost ancient garage doors to work perfectly with our modern garage door openers!

This is the first time with this company.They came out on time and explained into detail what they felt was needed to repair the garage door.Grant was the technician who came out and was very friendly and easy to work with.He went far and beyond on this visit He also cleaned up the area he was working in! After our home was done in late afternoon he had several other homes to go to still that day and never complained even in the Hot weather! I would recommend this company!

Late this afternoon, I headed out of my home to run some errands. I get into my car in my garage, and my garage door will not open, I get out of my car go to the button on the wall and press it nothing. Long story short, I called Precision. The gal who answered the phone was professional, compassionate and sweet. She told me she could have someone out within an hour and a half. Thrilled does not express my happiness. I was sent a bio and a photo of the tech who would be coming, Grant showed up professional, friendly, intelligent and clean - what a sweet gentleman. He located our problem, was able to repair it, and assisted with a couple of other things with the garage door that were going bad as well. What an awesome experience!!! We had an emergency where the garage door would not go up. We didn’t think we could get it fixed on Sunday and if we could it would be an enormous charge. WE WERE WRONG! One call to Precision Door at 11:00 with Gabby and the appointment was made for 4:00 - 6:00. Gabby was friendly and efficient. She verified our information and explained the process. We received a phone call a little before 4:00 with our technician, Grant, saying he would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. Grant was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several options and the cost, which was more than reasonable. Grant was very friendly, courteous, well mannered and well spoken. Fast and great service! Precision’s greatest assets are their employees!!!! Grant and Gabby made an emergency into a positive experience. Thank you!!!!

when I got home on a Friday evening I noticed one of my springs on my garage door was broken. I put in a request online for service. I was surprised to here from someone right away. They said they could get someone out to look at it tomorrow (Saturday). I thought WOW! Grant came out and determined it was a bigger door than what he had parts for on his truck. He made a call and Brandon was here yet that afternoon. He also did not have the parts to fix it that day and said he would have to order them. He put a clamp on the spring as a temporary repair so I could continue to use the door without incurring any damage. Brandon gave me a quote of what he recommended for a repair. Needless to say after 21 years of not having any service to the door there were quite a few things that needed replaced. The part was in the next Tuesday and Brandon was back out to get the door operating better than it ever has. Nothing but professionalism from the scheduling to the service techs. I could not be happier with this company. Thank you for great service.

Precision Garage Door Service installed our previous garage door opener and we really like the garage door opener. Our garage door opener was damaged by lightening and we had to replace our initial opener. Grant did a great job. Quick response time. He also replaced some parts on the door and made some adjustments to improve the door closure.
