We awoke this morning to learn out garage door would not open. I called a rival garage door repair shop but couldn't be assured they would arrive today, perhaps not tomorrow. I googled door repairs and Precision came out at the top. At about 7:30 am I called Precision Garage, described the problem briefly, and was immediately given an appointment for service between 8-10 am. The receptionist was very courteous and identified our most pressing problem. At about 8:30 Brandon arrived, examined our immediate problem and acted upon our request to evaluate our old garage door opener as well. Very satisfied with his recommendations, Brandon repaired the broken spring, numerous other items and replaced our garage door opener, all in less than 2 hours. He was professional,l engaging and quick to solve the problems.

I chose Precision Door when my garage door stopped working because I had a coupon from ValPak. Sam came first to inspect it. He was honest and I trusted him when he said the best option was a new door. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. Brandon Cosner took out the damaged door and installed the new one. He was very friendly and knew his stuff. He was also very quick, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone.
