Our garage door spring broke in the afternoon and we needed to get it fixed that same night. Brandon came out In the evening and got everything fixed along with some updates to our rollers and the bearings. He wrote everything up in an easy to understand estimate and had the work done in under an hour. Brandon and Precision garage door saved the day. Excellent service! Within 4/12 hours from calling to check about getting service on a Saturday the service man arrived. We live about 40 out from the DM area and really appreciate being able to get the door repaired in this very cold weather. There was no extra charges for service call and Saturday repair. Also wanted to mention the repairman deserves a 5 star rating too!
