I called Precision at two, and my tech Caiden arrived at 3:00 PM. Caiden explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and how much the repair would cost. Technician showed up for appointment on time, was courteous and explained conditions of the garage door and what was needed. Also took the time to go over what was done after the work was complete. My issues with Precision was that (1) they were not able to send someone out in an emergency when I couldn't open my garage door so that I could get to an appointment and (2) When asked, the technician stated that the warranty was transferrable and all that was needed was for the new owner to call in. This was important as I am thinking of downsizing and moving. The invoice I received after the repairs were done, stated the warranty was not transferrable. The door appears to be operating smoothly upon the technician's departure.

I called and talked to Susan, She was Great, expecting to wait a few days to a week for a Technician to show up, this was at two in the afternoon and the Service Tech showed up at Five...Extremely Fast and Timely ! Caiden Farrand was the Professional Service Technician and He was Honest and Great to work with, turns out it is a job I can do myself by leveling the floor underneath the door so there is no gaps whatsoever between the bottom of the Garage Door and the Floor. Caiden charged me absolutely nothing for his Professional Advise and help saying the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door was in good shape and not in need of replacement. No Charge for the Service Call and if I would have had work done a 5% Veteran Discount. I Highly Recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Des Moines !
