My expectations were surpassed. Most of the time service providers are in a hurry. Caiden farrand was very accommodating when I asked him to wait for a text response from my wife. My problem was quickly diagnosed and solved with details of how caiden planned to fix the issues. Caiden was polite and easy going, he's very easy to get along with. The 5 star rating and great online reviews made me confident I would be in good hands. I recently moved to Bondurant in June 2025. One of my garage door springs broke on this past Sunday. On Monday I googled garage door repairs near me and 2 companies popped up, one being Precision. I reviewed the website, made a call/text and scheduled an appointment today (2/17/2026). The Technician Caiden was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the repair process and provided me a couple different quotes for me to choose from. No Pressure just being upfront!!
