A neighbor recommended them and I received a coupon packet in the mail and one of them was for Precision. Technician was very informative and willing to work with me. I appreciated his input. The last time I gave a rating for someone I got a response of "why didn't you rate them 5 stars if they did what you wanted". Well, I never give anyone 5 stars until I've worked with them for a while and nothing goes wrong. As far as I am concerned they were doing their job. Makes no difference what I think, unless they did something wrong.

I called two hours ago.....technician called and arrived within an hour. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. Incredible service and workmanship. Caiden explained everything very well. He performed the job safely and efficiently. I am truly amazed at the response. My spring broke around 1030 am. I went online and there were same day appointments available, by 1215 Precision had my door fixed and running smoothly. Awesome work!!
