I recently moved to Bondurant in June 2025. One of my garage door springs broke on this past Sunday. On Monday I googled garage door repairs near me and 2 companies popped up, one being Precision. I reviewed the website, made a call/text and scheduled an appointment today (2/17/2026). I’ve been having trouble with my garage access pad not consistently opening or closing my garage door from the outside, so I finally called to ask that someone come out and take a look. I was SO pleasantly surprised when they were here within an hour of my call! The technician (Caiden) was fabulous! He listened to me and could relate to the issues that I was describing to him! We discussed several options… Including replacing the pad, but I decided to try the Wi-Fi option before replacing the pad and I’m very happy to report that I haven’t had any trouble since!
