A new garage door was on the list for this year, it just happened much sooner than anticipated. I made an appointment online, and Kyle was out the same day. I had already looked at options online, so after he looked at the door and the opener, he was honest and said it's going to cost as much to repair the opener as the cheapest option to replace . So I ordered the new door, Hunter was out the next day and got it installed. Now a few weeks later, I booked an appointment online again, Kyle came out again, and installed the new opener. Both of these guys are top notch. The door is incredibly solid, both it and the opener are practically silent. The new opener has some really nice options, you can actually lock the system so it doesn't open with the keypad or the remote, it can also be operated by wi-fi. Both were intalled, cleaned up/hauled away and you couldn't even tell they had been here. I shold be good for a few decades, but I would absolutely recommend them, and ask for Hunter or Kyle.

Jordan was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options for a motor replacement and a garage door replacement, we had damage on our existing door. Jordan came to repair our garage doors on the coldest day in many years. He quickly assessed what was wrong with our 17-year-old door mechanisms, recommended repairs, and laid out an array of 4 options based on equipment and cost. He went to work on the necessary repairs plus an additional item -- an updated key pad -- that I asked for as well. He completed the work in less than 3 hours despite the difficult weather. He answered all my questions about the expected useful life of each piece of equipment. The cost appears now to be well worth it, and I fully expect the passage of time to validate that further. In short, at a time of a need for experienced help, I"m glad I called Precision, and it seems likely I'll still be feeling that way for years to come.
