Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

Kyle Muyskens quickly analyzed our problem and determined that the 20-year old opener had broken its sprocket and needed to be replaced. He showed me two options and installed the one I chose. I booked an appointment because they had a $0 service fee diagnostic. I have worked on garage doors as a homeowner changing springs etc but this issue has me perplexed. When Sam got there he was professional and told me what he thought was the issue so I decided to just have him fix it while he was there.
