I received excellent service from Precision Garage Door. I called for an appointment and was spoken to pleasantly. The person that I spoke to was professional and very thorough. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. My technician, Nathan, called me to verify the appointment, and came when he said he would. I appreciated that. Nathan completed a detailed inspection of my garage door system, identified the problem, and other issues that I didn't know about. He provided three estimates and explained all three in a way that allowed me to make the best decision for me. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

Precision Door made the whole process of getting my broken springs replaced SO easy! I booked an appointment online (super easy to do) and they sent text messages to keep me updated on everything. My technician was Nathan, and he was prompt, professional and efficient. He clearly explained all of my options prior to any work being done and once he started, he did a wonderful job of fixing the problems. I highly recommend Precision Door!
