The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor.
