Our experience was great. Someone was able to come out pretty quickly on a Monday morning. Had a person contact me thru “Angie’s List” who installed a double garage door. Loved the door but installation had some problems! One side was hitting the rail when door was opened, loud thump when door hit bottom on closing, opener was not solid … move when in use and door was not centered! Called the guy back and got little improvement! Heard from several people that Precision was great, after seeing them in action would agree! We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

I came home from work to discover that my both springs on my builder grade door had broken. I called that night and Worth showed up by 9 the next morning. I am a single senior citizen and when I saw the coupon for Garage door spring tune up in the Valpak coupon mailer I decided to call. The receptionist was pleasant and I was able to easily get an appointment that fit my schedule. I received a text message and visual of the technician that was coming to my home which I appreciated very much. Safety. Can be a concern and having the picture to match the face at my door was great. The technician introduced himself (Worth Henry) and we discussed what his inspection would cover and I also told him about some concerns I had with my garage door. He was very thorough and pleasant. I asked for estimates on repairs that might need to be done but were not in the inspection. The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor. One more slight life issue out of the way. Thank you Precision Door!
