10/10 will recommend your company every time. I love that you send a picture of the technician with some information before they come out so I knew who to expect. That was awesome. Worth came out to do some repairs and he was so nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My son came home from school as Worth was about to leave and he was so patient and answered his questions about the door. Great experience overall. Thanks Worth!

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.

If you want to get ripped off by the worst company call them they quote me 780 to fix my garage door I call a great guy on CL and he did it for 350. This company wants to change parts that you don’t need or want to charge you extra. Literally scammers.

Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely. Both young men were patient with all my questions, and were not patronizing. Something, as a woman, I greatly appreciate! I have not purchased the new door yet, but so far so good!

I chose Precision Garage Door because my relatives had good experiences with this company. Worth Henry was the technician that came to fix the problem with our garage door. He diagnosed the problem right away. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be fixed and what all of our options were. Worth worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied once he had fixed the problems. Now our garage door probably works the best it ever has since we bought the house.
