Just upgraded my 20 year old garage door opener with Precision Garage Doors. I had seen their ads in the Valpak coupons & was able to self-schedule my appointment on their website. They sent Worth Henry as my service tech. He checked out my system, and gave me 3 price points to consider. Since my system was old, I decided to have a new system installed. He got it done in about 2 hours, and helped me link it to the Genie app, so I can monitor my garage door & open it or close it from anywhere. I was very pleased with the workmanship. He made sure my questions were answered before departing. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a new system to be installed, or even an annual maintenance check to keep things running smoothly.

I messed something up and my garage door wouldn’t open. Our experience was great. Someone was able to come out pretty quickly on a Monday morning. Worth did a great job of looking over everything and explaining what needed to be repaired and offering options. Everything was done within a couple of hours, and the guys were super professional and friendly. We ended up replacing our motor which came with new remotes and a keypad which we are happy with.

Had a person contact me thru “Angie’s List” who installed a double garage door. Loved the door but installation had some problems! One side was hitting the rail when door was opened, loud thump when door hit bottom on closing, opener was not solid … move when in use and door was not centered! Called the guy back and got little improvement! Heard from several people that Precision was great, after seeing them in action would agree! We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

I came home from work to discover that my both springs on my builder grade door had broken. I called that night and Worth showed up by 9 the next morning. He took the time to answer my questions and gave me solid insight o what he thought was wrong with the door. He gave me several options on how he could fix it and answered any questions I had. Once I picked my option he got right to work and in less than an hour he had my door working again!
