I just have to say that my experience with Precision was absolutely one of the best I have ever had with any repair service. The tech was able to address all of my questions with satisfaction. The young gentleman was very professional. The company was very prompt I called spoke with customer service sit up the repair and the repair and my problem was all solved within a 2 hour window. First, I want to say that setting up the appointment with customer service and with such a quick response was great. The issue was the tech, Kyle. We got quoted a certain price to replace the garage tension springs. Then when he looked at everything, he tried talking us into hundreds of dollars more to fix this and that. My husband usually repairs everything in our home and vehicles as he is very mechanically inclined. However, the places we looked would have one part or the other, with a month wait to order the other part we needed, which is why we scheduled this appointment. When we told Kyle we we not interested, his words were "I'm not trying to upset you and there's no reason to be upset with me". All we said was that we only wanted done what we got quoted for; nothing extra. My husband looked up the other parts and we will get them for a fraction of the price that Kyle quoted, if we even to repair all the other things he said. Also, after declining all the extras, Kyle was huffing and puffing the entire time he worked on the garage door. Sorry, but when we're quoted for $360 and he tried telling us we need to spend $1200, we had good reason to decline. So to the tech that we let into our home, don't try telling us what we need to do with our property, and then get pissed off and pout the whole time you're doing your job. Not cool.

Kyle was absolutely great. He was great at communicating and was so easy to work with. He was so flexible as I had to manage my kiddos throughout it all and made sure he was clear with all of my options. I will definitely want him to come back if there are any issues that come up later - but I don’t think that will happen because he was thorough and did great! I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old. Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

Had some cables on the side of the garage door dangling one day after opening the garage door. Looked into it and realized they helped load balance the door and I knew that needed fixed. Looked online and found Precision. They had a tech available next day! I got one two days later for work reasons, but Kyle came out, evaluated the door in about 15 minutes and let me know the issue(s). He suggested all fixes, had 3 levels, and kindly explained them. I only really needed 1 to fix the spring breaking, but did opt for the torsion bar and system as well as the rollers! Wasn’t pushy about what fix or fixes I should do which I appreciate. He went to work and an hour later the door was better than before! Very professional, kind, gave me some advice on the third issue if I wanted to DIY the sensors and fix it up. Honestly super appreciative to have a functional garage door again!

We called Precision Door this morning around 6 am as we had a spring break on our 16’ door. Phone was answered by an agent who took my information and scheduled a time for mid morning today for a crew to come out to repair. Company sent out Kyle Muyskens and his assistant to repair the work and answer questions that I had. We also were having issues with a wall switch on the same door. Kyle took the time to look at the door, advise of recommendations and what the cost would be all in a very professional manner. After accepting the work bid they proceeded to make the required changes. Door is operating much quieter and smoother then before and he had the wall switch. Having all the parts in his truck to do and finish the job speaks a lot for this company. I could not have received any better customer service. Great guys that handled the work. And they cleaned up after themselves!!! Thanks guys for a job well done
