We very much appreciate the prompt and excellent service we received. A broken spring disabled our garage door on a Sunday night. Thankfully, your business was open to answer a call, and a technician was scheduled to arrive the following morning. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our equipment and thoughtfully provided options for repair/replacement. He then efficiently completed the tasks we authorized. He explained the work he performed, and demonstrated how the new equipment should be used and maintained. We are very pleased to have contacted your company, and for Kyle to have been the technician assigned.

Very knowledgeable repair guy Kyle and did a good job I believe. Took off a couple stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for 35 minutes of work and a minimal plastic internal part. Almost just paid the minimal trip charge and hand open when we use the door which is very minimal but went ahead and did it. Liked the quick service call arrival same day.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. A friend recommended Precision Door Service. Grant (the technician) was very professional and easy to work with. He thoroughly assessed our garage door issue. He provided a range of options. We chose to have one part replaced today. After we review the emailed summary of service options for updating our garage door motor and electronic components, we will be scheduling an additional appt for that installation. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service!

Kyle and Grant were polite, efficient, and answered all my questions. They did not try to pressure me, but made sure I had all the information with which to make a decision on what I wanted to do. We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

I decided to call Precision due to your great TV ads. Then when I saw I had Kyle Muyskens as my technician (saw him on TV) that was exciting. Kyle was wonderful....very complete in his explanations...not pushy at all!!! He gave me an excellent explanation of the bid and I decided what plan I wanted. He and the guy training with him, immediately started the work. I felt bad that the work resulted in them having to stay past 6:00pm. They cleaned up well and helped me move a few things back in place. I would most certainly recommend Precision Garage and especially Kyle. You have a winner with that young man!! Better treat him well!!

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend this company to family, friends, and clients. Job well done!! Thank you!!

Our door broke on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon everything was fixed. Incredibly responsive service.
