Prompt response to my call for the garage door problem. Next day service. The technician did an inspection explaining and showing me what I should consider to be done. I agreed. Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. He was able to fix and replace everything right on the spot. When he was done he took all of the old pieces and everything was cleaned up when he left.
