Had a person contact me thru “Angie’s List” who installed a double garage door. Loved the door but installation had some problems! One side was hitting the rail when door was opened, loud thump when door hit bottom on closing, opener was not solid … move when in use and door was not centered! Called the guy back and got little improvement! Heard from several people that Precision was great, after seeing them in action would agree! Ask what needed to be improved, followed thru, and was very impressed how quickly they solved my problems! Thank you Precision, you will be back.

Worth did an excellent job getting my garage door working again. He dropped a screw and replaced it with one from his stock, but took time to find the screw to ensure I wouldn't run over it! He explained what next steps would be in replacing my door and even scheduled a rep to come give us a quote.

I backed out too quickly and hit my garage door just before it cleared my trunk. It bent the bottom of the door and jilted the door so hard we couldn’t close it. The response to my call was fast, and the repairman was able to come the same day. The repair was a bit more extensive than we had hoped because a couple of the panels had separated. But he finished in a timely manner and the door looked as good as new. I had never used Precision before, but if we ever have a garage door issue in the future this is who I will call. They are professional and highly qualified, and everything was made crystal clear before, during, and after the repair was complete. I highly recommend this company for all garage door issues you may have.

I called at 8:00 am and by 10:15 Ryan had arrived, within 15 minutes he had diagnosed the problem with my garage door and provided different solutions (with price quotes). Shawn came within 30 minutes after calling. Very courteous and fixed the problem with the door and noticed all my rollers were wearing out, he replaced them. Also one roller was missing all together. All fixes helped the door run smooth and saved more wear and tear on the motor of the opener.

Just had Precision Garage Door install two new doors and they were great to work with. When I requested a quote, Zach came the next day to look everything over and gave me a quote. Brody and Hunter then came to install the new doors, and they were excellent. The explained everything they needed to do, and went straight to work. When they had issues reconnecting my existing openers, they went above and beyond to remedy the problem. I could not have been happier with their work. Will definitely recommend them to everyone and Precision will be the only ones working on my garage doors in the future.
