Sam was very curtious and was not pushy which means alot to me. After he inspected everything he told me what parts needed to definitely be replaced and told me other parts that could be fixed but wouldn't have to be. He was able to fix and replace everything right on the spot. When he was done he took all of the old pieces and everything was cleaned up when he left.

Within an hour of calling this business & informing the garage door issues, a representative was out here & examined garage door problems. The issues were recognized & FIXED an hour later. The garage door is now very quiet & works perfectly up & down!! Definitely an A+.
