Worth Henry, Residential Service Technician arrived during the window of time that was scheduled and did a quick assessment of our door and our problems. There was absolutely no problem with getting our garage opener fixed with no charge as it was still under warranty. The scheduler is great and efficient. Woke up on Sunday morning with a broken spring and couldn't get the garage door open. I live in Indianola. Serviceman was there by 11AM and repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.
