I damaged my garage door enough to knock the roller out of the track and for it not to close. I immediately called Precision because I see their commercials every morning. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience, will call them again if/when I need garage door assistance. I highly recommend Precision.

Came quickly even right before Christmas. Sam was a friendly and helpful technician. He gave us our options, but was not pushy about us spending the most money. Woke up on Sunday morning with a broken spring and couldn't get the garage door open. I live in Indianola. Serviceman was there by 11AM and repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. The blizzard had begun and our door suddenly went weird. A cable had broke and the door was not good especially heading into a blizzard. We called at 4:15 on Monday. The technician called within 15 minutes and was here by 4:50. He fixed the door and was gone by 5:35 p.m. That is amazing service! You deserve a 5 star rating for excellent service.

Sam was the technician that came to fix the problem with my garage door opener not connecting with the sensor, and door not opening or closing. After inspecting the issue, which the opener was installed at the time we built the garage in 2002, he gave me 4 different options to choose from. We were having problems with our garage door opening so I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday afternoon. Their representative said she could send someone out this morning. Worth Henry, Residential Service Technician arrived during the window of time that was scheduled and did a quick assessment of our door and our problems. We are happy with the solution he presented to our problem. We highly recommend Worth and Precision Garage Door Service. Worth is polite and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with our new opener.
