Called Monday morning, Caiden your service technician was at our door 3 hours later. Caiden explained our options for a new garage opener and we decided on upgrading our 2008 craftsman to a new Genie belt drive. Was fast and friendly and very patient explaining our options and operating our new opener. Definitely a great technician and very knowledgeable !

I selected Precision Garage Door Service based on their rating with the BBB and their online reviews. I called at 8 am and Grant, the technician arrived around 10:30 am. He diagnosed the broken spring right away, then assessed the door and its opener. When he found out the opener was over 20 years old, he recommended we replace it as well. Grant gave us several options. My husband and I asked him what he would recommend. He gave us an option that was not the least expensive but not the most expensive, either. We believed it to be reasonable, so we took his suggestion. We now have a much quieter opener that should last several more years.

Excellent service. I made appt. on website for late afternoon because they had no morning openings showing, They called me within the hour and said they had a man in my town who could do it late morning if that was better for me. I said yes. He was here on time. Listened to me, looked over door opener, sensors and door. Told me door and tracks were excellent. Showed me what was needed and price choices. No high pitch trying to sale me not needed items. I told him what to go with. One and a half hours later it was done, I paid and have a perfectly working door. He was a very pleasant young man to talk with.

I called at approximately 0800 , visited with a very kind lady on the phone, explained my problem, and she said she would send a technician out before 1100 am.I waited only a few minutes , when your technician Grant called and said he was on his way.Grant arrived soon there after, quoted me the price for my repairs. Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday evening. In the morning my wife and I had to manually raise the door to get the car out and get the kids to school. Around 8AM I called and was told to expect a technician between 10am and noon. By noon Kyle Muyskens had arrived! He quickly determined the appropriate fix and we discussed the options. I asked him several times if he would need to go get parts (we live far out in the country), since this would have added significant time to the repair. I was glad to hear that he had all of the materials with him to fix the spring, shaft, cables, and rollers! Within and hour or two the door was up and running like new! We had an emergency where the garage door would not go up. We didn’t think we could get it fixed on Sunday and if we could it would be an enormous charge. WE WERE WRONG! One call to Precision Door at 11:00 with Gabby and the appointment was made for 4:00 - 6:00. Gabby was friendly and efficient. She verified our information and explained the process. We received a phone call a little before 4:00 with our technician, Grant, saying he would arrive within 30 minutes, which he did. Grant was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us several options and the cost, which was more than reasonable. Grant was very friendly, courteous, well mannered and well spoken. Fast and great service!
