There was absolutely no problem with getting our garage opener fixed with no charge as it was still under warranty. The scheduler is great and efficient. And the technician got the work done in just a few minutes. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors because they are prompt, courteous and honest. The installer was friendly and had a great smile. .

Woke up on Sunday morning with a broken spring and couldn't get the garage door open. I live in Indianola. Serviceman was there by 11AM and repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

Garage door would not open. Called this morning at 10:30 and although I said it was not an emergency, they arrived at noon. Did major repairs with full explaination and were done by 1:30. I have a 10 year warranty on repairs and am very satisfied!

We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. The blizzard had begun and our door suddenly went weird. A cable had broke and the door was not good especially heading into a blizzard. We called at 4:15 on Monday. The technician called within 15 minutes and was here by 4:50. He fixed the door and was gone by 5:35 p.m. That is amazing service! You deserve a 5 star rating for excellent service.

Sam was the technician that came to fix the problem with my garage door opener not connecting with the sensor, and door not opening or closing. After inspecting the issue, which the opener was installed at the time we built the garage in 2002, he gave me 4 different options to choose from.
