Sam was the technician that came to fix the problem with my garage door opener not connecting with the sensor, and door not opening or closing. After inspecting the issue, which the opener was installed at the time we built the garage in 2002, he gave me 4 different options to choose from. I was hoping to get a couple of estimates. I was never told by the operator that there would be a trip charge if the person just gave me an estimate. The estimate he showed me was on a yellow legal pad. I just feel this was unprofessional and seemed a little like a hit and run job. Otherwise, he completed the repairs and fixed our door issue.
