I have had Precision repair and replace prior issues and was completely satisfied. That why I called them again when I had issues.I was satisfied by first the office person. Very friendly and answered all my questions. They tech will explain the problem and even explain other issues that should be addressed for being pro active They also give you a price on what needs to be done then has you sign an approval to do the repairs. Mr Taylor, I chose your company because of your T V ads & you have a local Panora phone #. I called October 30 th, Zach Anderson came here that day ,looked the situation over and ordered the parts I needed and told me it would be about 2 weeks when someone would be back to fix my door. Finally on Dec. 4th Marqui Beverly came with the parts, the top 2 panels for my 16 ft door & low headroom tracks for the door also. He struggled for + - 3 hours till he said he had it the best he could get it to work and packed up and left... It does not seal at the top or bottom of the door now as it did before. From the inside the left bottom touches the floor but the right bottom does not touch the floor as it did for the last 10 years and the top does not seal against the header. I think Mr Beverly needs some on the job training for his finish work so he doesn't have to rely on his ear buds & phone to complete a job.. Sorry, but he tried hard to get it finished, but just couldn't get it right...He told me I had the wrong opener for the door size, but it has worked for 10 years that way ...

I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers. I just got done telling my husband thank you for picking Precision for our new garage door. Never once since it was put in have we had any trouble with the door for the remotes. Just a little hiccup with the keypad to the Genie that took Sam no time to fix. Sam was quite the gentleman by the way. Let us know if we have any more trouble with it to just call. I was pleased that Precision Door could reach out to Stuart. I picked up the phone number from your TV ad. Sam was the service rep that provided the service. Basically, a maintenance issue and Sam was able to analyze the problem and make the necessary adjustments to the system that solved a closing problem with the door. I would rate Sam's performance at five stars!!!
