I chose Precision from seeing their TV ads. My garage door would not close and Caiden was to my home within a few hours of my calling to schedule. The door needed a number of adjustments/repairs to put it back in good condition and everything we needed was on the truck including new springs and rollers. Caiden was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Precision Door again if need be.

I just got done telling my husband thank you for picking Precision for our new garage door. Never once since it was put in have we had any trouble with the door for the remotes. Just a little hiccup with the keypad to the Genie that took Sam no time to fix. Sam was quite the gentleman by the way. Let us know if we have any more trouble with it to just call. It's nice to have chosen an honest and cordial company to deal with. We will recommend you to everyone we know that needs to have new garage doors or trouble with the ones they have. Thanks again.

We are very happy with the outcome of replacing our garage door. Color matched perfectly. It sets the house off and makes it look "crisper". The young man that did the install got there, started right off, and worked constantly. No messing around of any kind. He picked up after himself and wished us a good day after reminding us that if anything isn't right to call them. I would recommend Precision to anyone .

We have a had a technician from Percision come and repair our door in the past and they did a great job. They advise frequently on TV so I called them again to take cace of this recent incident. I was pleased that Precision Door could reach out to Stuart. I picked up the phone number from your TV ad. Sam was the service rep that provided the service. Basically, a maintenance issue and Sam was able to analyze the problem and make the necessary adjustments to the system that solved a closing problem with the door. I would rate Sam's performance at five stars!!!

I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs! Ryan Swift was very courteous and polite and trusted him with everything! Thank You all so much!

They were actually earlier than the stated time to arrive, which was very nice. Jordan did a great job of explaining everything and what it would cost. He was very professional. It took him about a hour and 15 minutes to install new springs an an opener. It would have taken me all day with a lot of bad words and it probably wouldn't have been right.I will recommend Precision to all my friends.

Good service, technicians were courteous and knowledgeable, but I would recommend they wear Precision t-shirt or polo to look more professional Overall service was great.
