I just got done telling my husband thank you for picking Precision for our new garage door. Never once since it was put in have we had any trouble with the door for the remotes. Just a little hiccup with the keypad to the Genie that took Sam no time to fix. Sam was quite the gentleman by the way. Let us know if we have any more trouble with it to just call. I was pleased that Precision Door could reach out to Stuart. I picked up the phone number from your TV ad. Sam was the service rep that provided the service. Basically, a maintenance issue and Sam was able to analyze the problem and make the necessary adjustments to the system that solved a closing problem with the door. I would rate Sam's performance at five stars!!!

Ryan showed up right at 4:30 like he said he would, not a 3-4 hour window like some companies do. He addressed the situation and gave me some options and within 2 plus hours had a new set up in, new rollers, opener, etc. Very quick and good work.
