I was pleased that Precision Door could reach out to Stuart. I picked up the phone number from your TV ad. Sam was the service rep that provided the service. Basically, a maintenance issue and Sam was able to analyze the problem and make the necessary adjustments to the system that solved a closing problem with the door. I would rate Sam's performance at five stars!!!

Sam and Sam were very nice, helpful and listened to my concerns. They did the work quickly and I am amazed at just how quiet everything is now. There was no pressure on selling anything. The young woman that answered the phone was excellent. She called to keep me informed on when Sam would be there. Excellent service and would and will recommend Precision to everyone. Ryan showed up right at 4:30 like he said he would, not a 3-4 hour window like some companies do. He addressed the situation and gave me some options and within 2 plus hours had a new set up in, new rollers, opener, etc. Very quick and good work.

We are very happy with the outcome of replacing our garage door. Color matched perfectly. It sets the house off and makes it look "crisper". The young man that did the install got there, started right off, and worked constantly. No messing around of any kind. He picked up after himself and wished us a good day after reminding us that if anything isn't right to call them. I would recommend Precision to anyone .
