I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs! They were actually earlier than the stated time to arrive, which was very nice. Jordan did a great job of explaining everything and what it would cost. He was very professional. It took him about a hour and 15 minutes to install new springs an an opener. It would have taken me all day with a lot of bad words and it probably wouldn't have been right.I will recommend Precision to all my friends.
