I have had Precision repair and replace prior issues and was completely satisfied. That why I called them again when I had issues.I was satisfied by first the office person. Very friendly and answered all my questions. They tech will explain the problem and even explain other issues that should be addressed for being pro active They also give you a price on what needs to be done then has you sign an approval to do the repairs. I called at 2pm for a door spring that broke. Set an appointment for the next morning and lo and behold they called and came up by 3:30pm the same day. Spring fixed and rollers replaced as they were old and a couple torsion bolts. All done by 4:20 the same day! Definitely using g Precision Door for all my door needs! They were actually earlier than the stated time to arrive, which was very nice. Jordan did a great job of explaining everything and what it would cost. He was very professional. It took him about a hour and 15 minutes to install new springs an an opener. It would have taken me all day with a lot of bad words and it probably wouldn't have been right.I will recommend Precision to all my friends.
