The response for an appointment was immediate. The installer came out on Saturday on time, had everything he needed on his truck to fix not only my broken spring but also the worn out weatherstripping and cables. The installer was extremely friendly and easy to work with and very motivated, examining the doors to be sure everything was lubricated and tightened. Could not be happier with the work the worker and company. Highly recommend for any garage door repair

On a Saturday afternoon I was planning to go shopping. Got in my car and pushed the button to open the door only to discover the spring on the door had broken.
