Sunday morning and my primary door wouldn't open. I called the company I used for over 10 years and they would not come out on a Sunday. I remember watching ads for Precision, specifically their "no extra charge on weekends).....music to my ears. The representative that answered the call could not have been more friendly and efficient and scheduled a tech for an hour and a half later. She asked if I would be available earlier if he could make it earlier, and that he would call before coming. He did call and come well before the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he asked that I give him time to take photos and complete a thorough diagnostic of the door and all it's parts in order to give me an estimate an options. Then he gave me a very detailed and understandable explanation for his concerns (everything on the door was original from 1993 except the door opener and springs). What he was suggesting was for safety and longevity, validating the expense. I authorized the work and he completed everything in approximately an hour and again reviewed all he had done and tested the door a few times while I watched. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Scott and Precision!!!!!

First, I want to say that setting up the appointment with customer service and with such a quick response was great. The issue was the tech, Kyle. We got quoted a certain price to replace the garage tension springs. Then when he looked at everything, he tried talking us into hundreds of dollars more to fix this and that. My husband usually repairs everything in our home and vehicles as he is very mechanically inclined. However, the places we looked would have one part or the other, with a month wait to order the other part we needed, which is why we scheduled this appointment. When we told Kyle we we not interested, his words were "I'm not trying to upset you and there's no reason to be upset with me". All we said was that we only wanted done what we got quoted for; nothing extra. My husband looked up the other parts and we will get them for a fraction of the price that Kyle quoted, if we even to repair all the other things he said. Also, after declining all the extras, Kyle was huffing and puffing the entire time he worked on the garage door. Sorry, but when we're quoted for $360 and he tried telling us we need to spend $1200, we had good reason to decline. So to the tech that we let into our home, don't try telling us what we need to do with our property, and then get pissed off and pout the whole time you're doing your job. Not cool.

I saw Precision comes on weekends, and was pleased to book an online appointment for 2 hours later. Worth was a great technician who explained what needed to be repaired to last a long time. Replaced the main spring rollers, cables, bearings and the rubber gaskets at the bottom of the door.He worked efficiently and had the job done in about an hour and a half. Very friendly and personable.

The response for an appointment was immediate. The installer came out on Saturday on time, had everything he needed on his truck to fix not only my broken spring but also the worn out weatherstripping and cables. The installer was extremely friendly and easy to work with and very motivated, examining the doors to be sure everything was lubricated and tightened. Could not be happier with the work the worker and company. Highly recommend for any garage door repair

My spring on my garage door broke last night. I quickly went online and chose Precision...wow, the process was so easy and quick, starting with setting the online appointment I was able to set. Ryan came out first thing this morning. Ryan inspected the entire situation plus my other door. I made a repair request at 9:30 Friday night. We were scheduled for 8:30-10:30 Saturday morning. Our technician called at 7:40 and arrived at 8:15. We had an estimate by 8:30 and the job was completed by 9:30. No extra charge for the weekend. So impressed with the polite, efficient, quality work.

On a Saturday afternoon I was planning to go shopping. Got in my car and pushed the button to open the door only to discover the spring on the door had broken. Having seen your ads on TV I decided to give you a try. I was pleasantly surprised when you were able to come to my house and complete the work in just over 2 hours! Very customer friendly. They replaced an old broken opener from god knows where and replaced all the other moving parts in under two hours. Now my door works. Very happy with how professional the guy they sent was. Would absolutely call them again. Didn’t try to upsell me either.
