Precision Garage Door Service came to my house to do routine maintenance on my garage doors. They were on-time, thorough and totally professional. The Service Tech that worked on garage doors was terrific. Adam Looman was very thorough, explained everything in great detail and was very honest about his recommendations. I would highly recommend Adam and Precision to anyone looking for garage door service or repair. They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. I am extremely pleased and will do business with them in the future.

The two technician's were very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was recommended and why. After the project was completed they explained how everything worked as the old garage door opener was old and needed updated and programed. They also replaced some needed parts. I had a problem with my Genie outdoor key pad garage door opener. I thought that I just needed to replace the batteries but apparently it had become disconnected to my overhead opener. After trying to contact Genie about the problem without success, I called Precision Garage Doors who had done the install of the overhead opener and key pad a couple of years ago. They agreed to come out and look at the key pad and determine why it was no longer working since it wasn't a battery problem. Eric came to my residence and quickly determined that the key pad was no longer activating the overhead opener and had to be re-synched. He completed the process quickly and my key pad was operational again. The best part, no charge for the service! Precision is my go to business for any problems with my garage doors. Great service and good people to work with.

We've had a few great experiences with Precision Garage Door. The most recent one was that our exterior keypad wasn't working. After many attempts to reprogram myself, Precision came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at no charge. In fact, the owner came out himself! They were very professional and courteous. I can't recommend Precision Garage Door enough!

We purchased a garage door two years ago - service at the time was amazing. Since then the electric opener on the garage wall went bad (not part of the original purchase, years old!) Hunter came out a year ago and went over and above trying to fix the unit, tracking down wiring, replacing wiring, and it ended up having to be replaced. We thought he was excellent at the time but I didn't write a review. The cable came off the door, and Hunter was out again to fix it. He is sooo thorough with everything he does. He not only fixed it, but noticed that the board the unit is attached to was slightly loose, secured that. He also made a point to tell us what we needed to do to maintain the door to keep it lubricated, and even left a can of lubricant for us to make sure we had the right stuff! Hunter is a huge asset to your company! Very pleasant, and extremely service minded! Every contact we've had with Precision Door has been an excellent experience, highly service oriented and I highly recommend to anyone!

I am a single senior citizen and when I saw the coupon for Garage door spring tune up in the Valpak coupon mailer I decided to call. The receptionist was pleasant and I was able to easily get an appointment that fit my schedule. I received a text message and visual of the technician that was coming to my home which I appreciated very much. Safety. Can be a concern and having the picture to match the face at my door was great. The technician introduced himself (Worth Henry) and we discussed what his inspection would cover and I also told him about some concerns I had with my garage door. He was very thorough and pleasant. I asked for estimates on repairs that might need to be done but were not in the inspection. After looking in person and seeing what needed to be done I was given price options for what my budget allowed. I am very please with the quality of work completed and the lifetime guarantee. Great service, very happy with cost and quality. I am glad that Precision Garage door company advertised in Valpak and that I used their coupon for a spring tune up! Great day for me, my budget and a safe operating garage door. I happily recommend this company based on my personal experience.

Caiden stopped by to see if anything could be done as water seeps in during rains. He was honest and said in his opinion changing out rubber gasket not likely to solve problem (poor concrete pouring which we already knew). Appreciated his honesty.

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with home repairs. My garage door decided that a Saturday afternoon was the perfect time to break (it wasn't). I contacted Precision at about 2pm. Brandon was dispatched and arrived by about 3pm. He replaced the tracks, wheels, and springs and was done before 430pm. WOW. It's so nice to have a garage door that not only works, but no longer wakes up the entire neighborhood every time I open it. THANK YOU!!! 11/10 Would definitely recommend!
