We very much appreciate the prompt and excellent service we received. A broken spring disabled our garage door on a Sunday night. Thankfully, your business was open to answer a call, and a technician was scheduled to arrive the following morning. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our equipment and thoughtfully provided options for repair/replacement. He then efficiently completed the tasks we authorized. He explained the work he performed, and demonstrated how the new equipment should be used and maintained. We are very pleased to have contacted your company, and for Kyle to have been the technician assigned.

Outstanding service. I discovered my garage door had a broken spring at 7:15. By 10:30 it was fixed. The tech, Sam, was first rate. He evaluated the door and opener system, pointed out that a number of parts were past their service life and deteriorating, and presented me with options. I ended up going with a complete rebuild. Not cheap, but Precision stands by their work- I got a 10 year warranty. I'm sure my garage door and opener will need repair in the future and when it does I'll be requesting Sam.

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working yesterday evening. Looked online and booked an appointment for today between 4 and 6 p.m. By 2 p.m Jordan is calling to say he is finishing up at his current job and if I'm available can be here by 2:30! Perfect!! Very knowledgeable repair guy Kyle and did a good job I believe. Took off a couple stars because I thought the cost was a bit high for 35 minutes of work and a minimal plastic internal part. Almost just paid the minimal trip charge and hand open when we use the door which is very minimal but went ahead and did it. Liked the quick service call arrival same day.

We are very satisfied with our garage door service from Precision Garage Door! Jordan arrived earlier than our 4p-6p scheduled appointment time, which was awesome because my wife is a nurse and has to work at 7p. Jordan explained the work that needed to be done and really broke down what Precision services would be best for us short and long term. So I never expected same day service at home, but I called at 3:30pm to see if we could get in the schedule this week. Within an hour Grant Sagan was at our door. He walked me through the sticker shock and didn’t try to up sale me on extra. Told me it would be about an 2 hours and he could deal with my messy garage. He even showed me the defect from the old spring and told me what to watch for in the future. Left our place better than he found it taking all the old equipment with him. My technician Shawn was awesome! He assessed my situation after a cable snapped from my garage door. I’m a nurse so I appreciated the clear and transparent communication; here’s the problem and why l, and here’s the solution. I assumed he’d be back in a couple days to fix it - nope, he had everything he needed! 2 hours later (in the Iowa winter temps) Shawn made it right! He also noticed my military sticker on the back of my car (Precision gives Veterans a military discount) which I appreciated because I am a Navy veteran. Professional, courteous, and punctual, I highly recommend this company!!

Worth did a proper job on my garage door. He inspected all of the moving parts and informed me of his findings. He allowed me to pick the parts I wanted replaced. I knew already a spring was broken. He replaced both springs, two lift cables and bearings. He did quality work and did it without wasting time. Grest service!
