New opener and keypad installed in 2024. This week the keypad wouldn’t work so I thought the batteries needed to be replaced. Couldn’t open the battery box so couldn’t open the door from outside. I called for service. Eric Taylor came, showed me how to open the battery box, and he put in new batteries for me. He took the time to ask if I had wi-fi, did I have the Aladdin app (I do), and went into detail how the app will tell me everything I would want to know about my garage door. He was super patient with this old gal. Very thankful he took the time to educate me after checking to be sure all was OK.

The springs on our garage door suddenly broke and we needed help quickly. Precision was able to get a technician out to us early the next morning and Justin was able to install the new springs in spite of not being able to get the garage door open so we could remove our cars. He did a great job working around the cars and was very careful and thorough. So glad to have our garage door working again!

I received excellent service from Precision Garage Door Company on a Sunday. Scott, the tech was early to the appointment and did a complete inspection of the door, recommended repairs to the garage door and replacement of both springs. It was a reasonable quote and Scott did the repairs in less than a half hour. Scott is real professional in the way he greeted me, explained the repairs needed and did a great job on the suggested repairs. I would highly recommend this company for service and repairs to your garage doors.

Last evening our garage door springs broke and couldn’t get the door open. We received an appt for this morning. Called and within a couple hours they had a technician out. He had been doing some work not too far away so came right out. Nick diagnosed everything. He pointed out where the installers of the doors had not done things quite right and fixed all of that plus was able to fix our major problem of the door not opening and closing correctly. It was well worth the money we paid for it.

Precision is the best! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. At 7:30 a.m. I called Precision, and by 8:20 Ryan was here and started working on my garage door. I needed new springs and rollers. I appreciated he gave me a written estimate and let me choose what work I wanted done, before he started. He was so pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked non stop and left at 9:30.
