It's rare to have such excellent service these days. I had a spring fail under warranty first thing in the morning. I contacted Precision and someone was dispatched almost immediately. My door was as good as new within an hour at no charge to me.

My garage door spring broker over the weekend and I called Precision Garage Door Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day. My service technician was polite, knowledgeable and fixed my door in a matter of minutes. He explained everything clearly and provided replacement options and costs. He was great!

Garage door spring broke Wednesday afternoon. Called Precision Garage Door at 4:30 on Wednesday and Shawn showed up at 8:30 Thursday morning. Shawn was great and suggested some other tune ups and was done in 2 hours. I would highly recommend them for any garage door repairs Shawn was great.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. We got the referral from friends who just used them. Booking online was easy and they came the following day to repair our door. It was fast, easy and Shawn even showed up early! We were worried we’d have to get a new door but they were able to repair the springs, rollers and even replaced our garage door opener. We had a great experience and would use them again!

My wife and I were heading out for a late dinner Saturday night and the spring snapped on our door. I called Precision around 8:30pm on SATURDAY night and someone answered! I was shocked and able to get an appointment the very next morning on Sunday at 8am! Our tech, Grant, was there at 8am and couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with. He got the door fixed in no time and made me a very happy camper! Kudos to Grant and Precision! Appreciate the help and service. Outstanding!

We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

I would highly recommend this company! I called on Friday and had a technician come out the following Tuesday. Worth, my technician was wonderful and on time. He took a good look at my garage door and then explained everything that needed replacing. This company had great reviews which is why I called them. They are worth more than 5 stars!!!
