I needed a new Backup Battery, so I called Precision to schedule a Service Call with the replacement battery. They stated that they could get to me yet today between Noon and 2:00 pm. PERFECT!!! They followed up with a Text confirmation and then sent me the name and information about the Service Technician. Adam was fantastic! He called when he was about 25 minutes away. He replaced the battery, greased the track, inspected the springs and reinforced the lift connection to the garage door. Checked out the operation multiple times and was very thorough and efficient. A great guy and we had a little time to talk about boating and fishing, one of his hobbies. I have always been thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service and I highly recommend their service and staff.

Eric came out to check out why my remotes weren't working with new batteries in them. Both the inside button and the outside pad worked. He discovered the problem, documented it and made warranty recommendations in case this happens again. All 3 remotes now work. Sunday morning and my primary door wouldn't open. I called the company I used for over 10 years and they would not come out on a Sunday. I remember watching ads for Precision, specifically their "no extra charge on weekends).....music to my ears. The representative that answered the call could not have been more friendly and efficient and scheduled a tech for an hour and a half later. She asked if I would be available earlier if he could make it earlier, and that he would call before coming. He did call and come well before the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he asked that I give him time to take photos and complete a thorough diagnostic of the door and all it's parts in order to give me an estimate an options. Then he gave me a very detailed and understandable explanation for his concerns (everything on the door was original from 1993 except the door opener and springs). What he was suggesting was for safety and longevity, validating the expense. I authorized the work and he completed everything in approximately an hour and again reviewed all he had done and tested the door a few times while I watched. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Scott and Precision!!!!!

My door jumped the track on a Friday night. I called Precision for the first time. They set an appointment for me for Saturday morning. Adam called me at 8:10am and was at my house by 8:30. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly, and didn't sell me parts I didn't need. Adam was professional and kind. I'll definitely be calling back to Precision when needed and requesting Adam.
