Jordan was fantastic to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issues with our 20-year-old garage doors, proposed several options, and completed a full replacement of the garage door openers and key components of the doors themselves by early afternoon. Your technician, Kyle Muyskens, was here within an hour of calling g to request a service visit. Kyle was professional and friendly. After explaining my concern with the door opener Kyle made his assessment. He provided a detailed explanation of what all he assessed and his conclusions. He answered all my questions and provided me short term and long term solutions. He was respectful of my home and made sure he cleaned up the garage after his repair work. Kyle is a great representative for “Percision”!
