Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional service, he was happy to show and explain to me what was needed. And best yet, the door working again in about an hour after diagnosing the issues! They called prior to comiing - were on time. Went step by step as to process and explained shat they were doing or going to do. They assessed the garage door. Gave me 2 ways to go with explanations. I chose a plan a d they began the work. When f Done showed me garage door snd asked if any questions which h I had none. Gave me boll / paid. And receipt given. Great service

I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!
