The worker that was sent out to our house, Jordan, was phenomenal to work with. We had a lot of questions we wanted to ask with our current garage door situation, and he was patient and very helpful to direct us in what we needed. Booked online and got a call back within the next hour, and the technician, Sam Campbell, was here when he said he'd be! Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional service, he was happy to show and explain to me what was needed. And best yet, the door working again in about an hour after diagnosing the issues! I choose Pricision everytime I need something for the door because this is a business I can count on the same day for quality. They called prior to comiing - were on time. Went step by step as to process and explained shat they were doing or going to do. They assessed the garage door. Gave me 2 ways to go with explanations. I chose a plan a d they began the work. When f Done showed me garage door snd asked if any questions which h I had none. Gave me boll / paid. And receipt given. Great service

Excellent service. Both Bryce and Jason were extremely professional and helpful. Although they couldn't recreate the problem I was having, they did a thorough inspection and verified everything is in working order. I will definitely keep all my future garage door business with Precision!
