We had one side of our garage doors spring snap and break. So we needed to find someone to repair the door and where looking all night into the morning online to try and find someone. Looking through all the reviews. We found precision. And they where ranked extremely high with customer service and work. So we went ahead set up a appointment and where out the same day. And was able to get everything fixed and repaired in about a hour. Maybe less. Caiden was amazing and great. Very kind and caring. Out concrete garage floor will be leveled at an inch higher than the present level. The service team responded immediately to adjust the height of the rail and trim, and performed quick and excellent work. I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!
