when I got home on a Friday evening I noticed one of my springs on my garage door was broken. I put in a request online for service. I was surprised to here from someone right away. They said they could get someone out to look at it tomorrow (Saturday). I thought WOW! Grant came out and determined it was a bigger door than what he had parts for on his truck. He made a call and Brandon was here yet that afternoon. He also did not have the parts to fix it that day and said he would have to order them. He put a clamp on the spring as a temporary repair so I could continue to use the door without incurring any damage. Brandon gave me a quote of what he recommended for a repair. Needless to say after 21 years of not having any service to the door there were quite a few things that needed replaced. The part was in the next Tuesday and Brandon was back out to get the door operating better than it ever has. Nothing but professionalism from the scheduling to the service techs. I could not be happier with this company. Thank you for great service.

I had only seen the commercial for Precision Door and thought I would give them a shot after the overhaed door spring broke on a Sunday. Grant called ahead, was cordial, well organized and knowledgable. he finished the work in under an hour. Price was in scope, service was fantastic. Great job Grant! Great job Precision Door!

Caiden, quickly diagnosed the issues with our door opener power unit, and provided us with multiple options and quotes. Based on the options presented, we selected the one that made the best sense to us and authorized Caiden to proceed. Within a short period of time Caiden completed the installation and patiently walked us through all the operational procedures with the new system. I chose Precision because they had installed my daughter's new garage doors and they were very happy with them. The service technician was very professional and nice. I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!

Precision was great. They were very flexible with my working hours and available after 4pm. Caiden came to my home on time and inspected the garage. He was very friendly. He was able to fix my broken Spring in about half an hour. I was extremely happy with his work. I like that Precision sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician so you know who coming.

Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely.
