Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely. Both young men were patient with all my questions, and were not patronizing. Something, as a woman, I greatly appreciate! I have not purchased the new door yet, but so far so good!

Ryan Swift was very prompt and very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained all repairs clearly. Replaced our drive unit from a chain drive to a belt drive at reasonable cost and same day service. Excellent service. Both Bryce and Jason were extremely professional and helpful. Although they couldn't recreate the problem I was having, they did a thorough inspection and verified everything is in working order. I will definitely keep all my future garage door business with Precision!
