When given 3 prices for garage door repair, ranging from $800 to over $2,000 and coming back with half the lowest price after I needed to consult family I chose not to do business with this company. If you can’t be transparent up front then it’s an insult to be treated like this.

My expectations were surpassed. Most of the time service providers are in a hurry. Caiden farrand was very accommodating when I asked him to wait for a text response from my wife. My problem was quickly diagnosed and solved with details of how caiden planned to fix the issues. Caiden was polite and easy going, he's very easy to get along with. The 5 star rating and great online reviews made me confident I would be in good hands. Cody Wallace came out on a Sunday afternoon as I had replaced all garage door seal and needed a complete reset on opening and closing of our door. Our bottom seal was replaced and door kept opening when it closed by itself. He was on time and very courteous and rest our garage door opener for us and even explained to me how to do it in the future .He was a pleasure to have as a technician. The tech who came out was a great guy! Not only did he fix the issue (Garage door opener needed replaced as it was 23 years old) but he also taught me a lot about how the whole mechanism works. He wasn't in a hurry; he took his time to tell me what was up and make sure I got what I needed and that it would work for many years. I really appreciate the work! I was also able to book an appointment the same day, so that was a big win as well.
