I have used Precision Garage Door before. They were prompt then and were again this time. I explained that the keypad (original keypad being ~30 years old) was being slow along with the remote. After the serviceman evaluated the whole door, he determined the keypad was wearing out and replacement of keypad would be needed. It works great now!

Precision was great. They were very flexible with my working hours and available after 4pm. Caiden came to my home on time and inspected the garage. He was very friendly. He was able to fix my broken Spring in about half an hour. I was extremely happy with his work. I like that Precision sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician so you know who coming.

Worth was my Technician to fix the spring and roller. He was polite, thorough, and timely. He was able to come out the same day within a few hours of my call! Zach then came out a few hours later due to my request for an estimate on a new door. He was also polite, thorough and timely. Both young men were patient with all my questions, and were not patronizing. Something, as a woman, I greatly appreciate! I have not purchased the new door yet, but so far so good!

Precision was amazing to work with! They were prompt, super communicative and fast. Our spring snapped right before a blizzard and I was nervous we'd be stuck but Brandon came out same day and got us all fixed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Would definitely recommend!
