It would have been less expensive to have the logistic board replaced in our old unit but with times what they are, you can't get parts. We had little alternative but to replace the whole opener unit. Ryan made that change out quickly and with little to no mess and did his best to make it less painful.

Our garage broke yesterday at noon, we called Precision at 1045 pm (they're freaking open til 11 people!!), and our garage door was fixed and functional by 1030am. Cade was amazing! He inspected our property and treated it like it was his own. Upfront pricing and no pressure when selecting an option to proceed with. He gave us time to weigh our options which was great. And they guarantee their work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION..!! Also, military discount for this Marine Corps veteran! I didn't even mention my military service. I was very pleased when I called and was able to have a new garage door opener installed today. The person who came was very professional and was able to remove the old opener in a timely manner and install the new one. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had called a competitor on Wednesday and never did hear back from them. Glad that Precision could replace the garage door opener the same day I called.

Recommended to me by a friend. I called their 24-7 service line at ~ 6 am. Technician arrived by 8:30 and was professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work. After looking things over, he explained in plain English the issues with my garage door and options to address them. We just sold our home and as luck would have it, one of the rollers fell off the top section of our garage door a few days ago I called this morning to see when someone could work on it and Precision responded immediately with a commitment to get to it this afternoon, but Ryan came out early, before noon and checked everything out, replaced all the rollers, tightened the chain on the opener, lubricated everything and was done before our appointment to have the appraiser out at noon!!! That's exceptional service along with Ryan's pleasant personality!! He should be commended for a superb job!!

I learned about precision from a commercial I saw as well as ironically Kyle our service guy that came to our house I had noticed his van sitting around the corner so I kept seeing this van and then I figured well they’re close and sure enough our garage door broke I had an issue went on the website send a text got response Kyle was there within an hour gave me all the options his customer service is outstanding and he’s very knowledgeable and polite
