Our tech Justin was outstanding! Took pictures then inspected the garage door. Found issues that I did not know about. Gave me options I could do, we did the springs and the lift cables. Once we came to agreement, Justin completed the repairs needed then lubricated all move parts. I asked a lot of questions and Justin answered every one of them. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision!!

I called because I got a mailer advertisement, and it looked professional. The man that came out was very courteous, punctual, and professional and he did a thorough examination of my situation. He showed me the issue that was causing my problems and suggested that I contact a concrete leveling company to fix the floor. There was no charge for this service which made it even better!

The tech had an apprentice and did amazing explaining and teaching him. Definitely my go to for any garage needs. Only thing I will say that could be taken as negative is I was shocked about the cost. Thought it was a bit high but I’m 55 and I think everything is stupid expensive

We really like the Genie opener & the install. Had one remote that became defective. Eric had both openers working. However, he said he should replace the circuit board and came back today & installed it. Very knowledgeable& personable. Said it was covered under warranty. Just upgraded my 20 year old garage door opener with Precision Garage Doors. I had seen their ads in the Valpak coupons & was able to self-schedule my appointment on their website. They sent Worth Henry as my service tech. He checked out my system, and gave me 3 price points to consider. Since my system was old, I decided to have a new system installed. He got it done in about 2 hours, and helped me link it to the Genie app, so I can monitor my garage door & open it or close it from anywhere. I was very pleased with the workmanship. He made sure my questions were answered before departing. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a new system to be installed, or even an annual maintenance check to keep things running smoothly.
