The service was prompt which was needed because the garage entrance to our home is much needed. Worth contacted us with the approximate time he would be at our home. The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor. One more slight life issue out of the way. Thank you Precision Door!

The spring on my garage door broke. It was so old. I saw commercials for Precision Garage Door Service on tv and I received a coupon in the mail from them. I easily booked an appointment online. I received reminders prior to my service date. The service workers showed up in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. I received 3 different quotes from them. I did not feel any pressure regarding additional services. The entire service took less than 2 hours. Additional touches that I did not expect, like putting in new light bulbs and lubrication were added with no additional charge. Overall, this was a great experience.
