Grant Sagan came to our house since our garage was not opening. Our motors and chains were 20 years old. Grant was able to identify the issue and helped select the best motor and belts with warranties so we could use our garage again. He answered all my questions and did a fantastic job.

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me.
