The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor. One more slight life issue out of the way. Thank you Precision Door!

The spring on my garage door broke. It was so old. I saw commercials for Precision Garage Door Service on tv and I received a coupon in the mail from them. I easily booked an appointment online. I received reminders prior to my service date. The service workers showed up in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. I received 3 different quotes from them. I did not feel any pressure regarding additional services. The entire service took less than 2 hours. Additional touches that I did not expect, like putting in new light bulbs and lubrication were added with no additional charge. Overall, this was a great experience.

Precision came over, looked at the problem that another garage door company had looked at and would cost $2000 to replace the whole thing and just tweaked it a little and it started working fine. And they didnt even charge me for it! Never use another door company again, and that means YOU Hinkley! Twice you have failed me. You make it like pulling teeth for you even to make a call back!

I called Precision and was given an estimate for a spring repair. I was told that Precision would only replace both garage door springs (not just the one that was broken). I was Ok with that because the internet recommended replacing both springs even if only one was broken. The service person Grant gave me an estimate that was similar to the estimate I was given on the phone. Grant replaced both springs very quickly and I was happy with his work. I would use this company again if I needed any work on a garage door.
