Called Precision at 7am and spoke with a very friendly and respectful representative, she had us scheduled for service same day between 11am/1pm. Technician Sam called at 10am on his way, very friendly and knowledgeable about how to fix our problem. Springs, cables and brackets replaced done by noon. Would highly recommend, 5 stars ??

Very pleased with technician Sam. I wanted to get rid of my noisy chain garage door opener and he went over my options, and I choose the Genie Belt Drive option. Very quiet and smooth. He had all the equipment with him and started and finished the job within an hour. He went over everything with me and set up remotes and keypads and also my car. Would highly recommend.

they came out to my place and assessed the situation and saw what was going on, they were professional about everything even when they couldn’t fix the problem. They gave me two options and told me what has to be done because my garage door was from different company that they were the only ones to come and fix, or to convert to other system. Precision doors could of easily convert but I wanted to just keep the original system and that’s why they couldn’t fix my issue. But do to their professional employees and curiosity I would recommend them envy time
