So I never expected same day service at home, but I called at 3:30pm to see if we could get in the schedule this week. Within an hour Grant Sagan was at our door. He walked me through the sticker shock and didn’t try to up sale me on extra. Told me it would be about an 2 hours and he could deal with my messy garage. He even showed me the defect from the old spring and told me what to watch for in the future. Left our place better than he found it taking all the old equipment with him. Thanks Precision there is a reason why I called you!

My technician Shawn was awesome! He assessed my situation after a cable snapped from my garage door. I’m a nurse so I appreciated the clear and transparent communication; here’s the problem and why l, and here’s the solution. I assumed he’d be back in a couple days to fix it - nope, he had everything he needed! 2 hours later (in the Iowa winter temps) Shawn made it right! He also noticed my military sticker on the back of my car (Precision gives Veterans a military discount) which I appreciated because I am a Navy veteran. Professional, courteous, and punctual, I highly recommend this company!!

Our door technician Ryan was excellent. He explained what he was going to do before making the adjustments. Our doors are mostly glass so they are heavy and he explained the cause of my noise. I liked the text notifications too.

Called Precision at 7am and spoke with a very friendly and respectful representative, she had us scheduled for service same day between 11am/1pm. Technician Sam called at 10am on his way, very friendly and knowledgeable about how to fix our problem. Springs, cables and brackets replaced done by noon. Would highly recommend, 5 stars ??

Our garage door broke unexpectedly and I scheduled an appointment with Precision online. They were able to come out within 1-2 hours that same day. Alex was very thorough at explaining the issue and presented us with three different options for the repair. He had all the parts along and was able to fix the issue all in that same visit. We were pleased with the results.

Very pleased with technician Sam. I wanted to get rid of my noisy chain garage door opener and he went over my options, and I choose the Genie Belt Drive option. Very quiet and smooth. He had all the equipment with him and started and finished the job within an hour. He went over everything with me and set up remotes and keypads and also my car. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Precision doors. The rep that I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The technician, Grant, explained each step and presented several options to fix our issue. He reviewed the work with us after it was complete and made sure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. Communication was great from start to finish. Excellent customer service!
