We are repeat customers as we moved away from the first garage door that Precision serviced for us. It was very convenient to look up the web site on Sunday night when our spring broke, and schedule a service call for the next morning. The technician was here promptly and gave a thorough assessment of the good and bad with our door. It was nice to have options for "level" of service we could choose from. We're like a lot of folks that don't have a ton of money sitting around waiting for items in our home to need repair. Thank you.

Sam C really saved us! Our garage door broke right before 5 pm but of course he took care of the problem…. Staying about 2 hours to get us up and running. So polite and friendly and knowledgeable! But the part of the story that impressed me was when I said” Wow, what if this had happened a week ago when I was going out the door to surgery?” He said,” We would have gotten a couple of guys here and gotten that door out for you!” Reliable! Our garage door was damaged when we inadvertently opened our SUV tailgate at the same time the garage door was opening, twisting and bending the door. The company we had used in the past was booked for several days. The door would not close and there was a blizzard forecasted in the next 24 hours. When I saw “Urgent Jobs Accepted” on Precision’s website, it gave me hope. I called and they said they would try to make it between 2-4 but could be later. Sam Campbell called me around 12:30 and said he would be there in the next 30 minutes! Sam was great! Evaluated the damage, gave a couple estimates including one to replace the worn rollers that would be in addition to getting the door back in working order, which I agreed upon. He was done in an hour on this cold January day. The door is quieter and operates smoother than it ever has! Thank You Sam for your expertise and friendly professionalism!

We had a great experience. Jordan was at the house within an hour of us calling and was professional and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing and programmed all the new remotes and showed us how to use the app, which is nice if you ever need to let someone in remotely or forget to close your door when leaving. I would definitely recommend.

Our garage door decided not to go up today. It made a loud noise & from there just growled. I called a couple garage door companies & the earliest they could come was next Tuesday afternoon. I realized this was Friday morning & Mon a holiday, further complicating the time frame. So I went on line & liked what I read about your customer satisfaction & timeliness. Your tech, Kyle Muyskens, came to our house within a couple hours & was able to determine the problem. I couldn’t believe he had all the replacement parts on his truck & was able to fix it. Same day service & in a few hours had our garage door working again. Kyle was very nice, respectful & knowledgeable of his craft. I felt he was honest & I appreciated his demeanor. He thoroughly explained all that he had done & what he replaced. It’s refreshing to encounter good customer service like this today.
