Our tech Justin was outstanding! Took pictures then inspected the garage door. Found issues that I did not know about. Gave me options I could do, we did the springs and the lift cables. Once we came to agreement, Justin completed the repairs needed then lubricated all move parts. I asked a lot of questions and Justin answered every one of them. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision!!

My experience with Precision Garage Door of Des Moines was great! From the initial call on Saturday night to the time Ryan left my home the next morning, everything was done right. Ryan did an excellent job and made everything he was going to do very clear. He's clearly a Pro! The service was excellent and the price paid was reasonable. I won't use anyone else going forward. The spring on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon. Went online and was able to book an appointment for Saturday between 2:00 and 4:00. Saturday morning they let us know that we'd been moved up to 12:00 to 2:00. Nathan arrived between 12:00 and 12:30. Gave us an estimate and quickly repaired the spring. It was an all around great experience.

Precision Garage Door of Des Moines replaced 2 garage door openers for us. Our technician Scott was great. He listened to the specific functions we wanted on the openers and tailored the units he installed to our exact requests. Additionally, Scott thoroughly inspected our 23 year old garage doors and outlined recommended maintenance and upgrades, We authorized this additional work and Scott then completed all the door repairs and opener installation on this one visit staying till the job was complete. Afterwards he helped us link our cars HomeLink to our openers. My wife and I can't believe how much better our garage doors function. We are extremely pleased with the quality job and service from Precision Garage Doors of Des Moines and their technician Scott!

I was able to schedule an appointment the morning I called. Kyle Ryan arrived promptly & assess my garage door problems. I agreed on their assessment & approved my choice for repairs. They started work & were finished within a 2 hour timeframe. They throughly explained the new components & walked me through the simple operation. The entire process was well executed & professionally completed. I would recommend Precision Door with 100% satisfaction.

We had chosen Precision when our garage door would not open. They were out within a few hours and had us taken care of. They were so nice to work with. Yesterday, I called with an opener not working. Within a couple of hours they were out and not only replaced the opener, at no charge, but checked the opener system to make sure it was ok. I have been very pleased with the service we have received. I would recommend them to anyone.

We got up to go out with the car and the garage door would not work. We call Precision and within an hour or so they had someone come out and see what the problem was. It was determined that due to the age of the opener, it was best to replace most of the parts. We were given an invoice of what it would cost. The person had all the replacement parts with him, and within 2 hours he was done. The employee was very friendly and easy to work with. We were given treatment options and no pressure to buy what might not be needed. You can hardly hear our door go up and down now. I would recommend them.
