Garage door cable broke. Eric came out and evaluated the door and gave me three options to remedy the door. One to get it fully safe operational capacity, Second, to get it operational and to be able to give it a five year warranty. Or finally the one I chose to operate and stabilize with a 7 year warranty. The price on all three were very reasonable and did not try to overstate the performance and buy a new door. Fixed with third option and all problems of the door were alleviated including the poor seal on the bottom of the door. Great job.

5* Rating! Tech Blake was very profession, friendly, and thorough in explaining what was broken and what needed repair. I also appreciated his call that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. He gave me all 3 written options, and once I selected the option he was done within ONE HOUR! Excellent service and work!

Eric was great! He attempted some triage on my garage door opener, and explained why the things he tried didn't work. He offered me a couple of options to replace it, and had it installed within an hour. He even took away the pieces of the old opener, so I didn't have to dispose of it. He was helpful, friendly, and professional.
