Precision Door was great! They responded to my online request, setting up an appointment for the next morning. I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming. Sam was very professional and kind, giving excellent explanations about what was wrong and the needed repairs. He also gave explanations about how the garage doors should function. Excellent, excellent customer service. Called for service a little before 8am and door was repaired and operational before 10am. Exceeded my expectations and price was very reasonable. The technician, Sam Mathis, was courteous and professional. Once he identified the issue with our garage door, he walked us through the written estimate. After receiving our approval, he fixed the door. We called mid morning and the garage door was completed by mid afternoon. Knowing that the garage door is working provides peace of mind.
