I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old.
