My door went down fine when I left this AM, but my wife later told me she heard "a noise" as the door went down. It would only open a few inches when I returned. I determined it was likely a broken spring, though it was internal to the shaft at the top of the door so it couldn't be seen. Having just recently seen an ad for precision, I called around 11:30 and was told a tech could be here between 12:00 and 2:00. AMAZING! Brandon showed up and immediately agreed it was the spring. I signed his estimate and, having the parts with him, began immediately. He replaced all necessary hardware and also replaced the rollers as he was able to show me these were significantly worn. The work was fast and obviously that of a well- trained professional. We also got to exchange a few hunting stories! :) Don't hesitate to call Precision.

You more than met my expectations, solved the problem in a very courteous and professional manner. Your technician was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. A couple of friends found your ad and helped me place the call and I was especially impress with the quick response as I had to Uber to Church and wasn't looking forward to figuring it out on my own again as my daughter in Delaware had ordered it for me this time. The service performed is not listed as you probably don't encounter 83 year old women recently widowed who panic when the door wont open without more knowledge of what could be wrong. Ice had formed and stuck the door to the ground or whatever is under it.

Was here within 2 hours of the initial call. Very friendly - carefully explained options and once the decision was made - jumped into the job and completed in a very timely fashion. They did not up charge for weekend work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Easy on-line scheduling that was completed in the evening. Precision was there the next day. The service man evaluated the situation and gave options for repair. Had materials in the truck to complete the job. Repairman was nice and competent. I'm pleased with result of work.

I live in the townhomes around Copper Creek and my garage door would not close night before last. I am a widow 80+ years old so I locked the inside door and called my son the next morning. We called Precision Garage Door the next morning and it snowed most of the day and a technician arrived at 4:15 that afternoon. Jordan replaced several pieces of hardware and fixed the door good as new although the door is 20 years old. Very comforting to know I am safe and all is well in frigid temperatures! I am grateful for quality, affordable customer service when I needed it most!

A service man came out the same day I called to have the rubber on my garage doors replaced. He was polite and helpful and explained everything. He checked out my doors too and suggested other things I could do to improve my doors but didn't push them. He quickly replaced the rubbers on my door.

The garage door wouldn't open and had some major issues. I called and was able to get an appt. the next day. They came out and looked it over and gave me my options. They were able to fix it right then. Great service! Bryce gave me a reasonable quote for all that needed done. When they were finished, he walked me through all I needed to know and even helped set up the keypad and the car entry! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! I would definitely recommend Precision for your garage door needs!
