Precision showed up as scheduled. The repairman quickly assessed the problem *warranty covered" spring let loose and the side cables wrapped around the pole rather than the spool. He cut and replaced these and re tensioned the springs for about $320. He thoroughly tested everything-door balance and travel and with that was finished. Probably less than two hours' time.

Jordan with Precision exceeded my expectations. The tension spring broke around 8:00 AM, I called Precision for a service call and they were able to complete the repair before noon. Jordan inspected the garage door and all the mechanical parts and provided different estimates for repairs, absolutely no pressure. I was very pleased that when I called about my garage door not going down, it would stop half way down and go back up, that Kyle was able to come out within two hours to look at it. He assessed the situation and started with new springs and roller bearings. That didn't help, so he checked out the opener. The lubrication I was using was all over the electronic components. He tried wiping them down and it helped, but still stopped once going down. He suggested a new opener. I said go ahead, and with the new opener, the door opened smoother and quieter than before. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for their fast and excellent service!

My door went down fine when I left this AM, but my wife later told me she heard "a noise" as the door went down. It would only open a few inches when I returned. I determined it was likely a broken spring, though it was internal to the shaft at the top of the door so it couldn't be seen. Having just recently seen an ad for precision, I called around 11:30 and was told a tech could be here between 12:00 and 2:00. AMAZING! Brandon showed up and immediately agreed it was the spring. I signed his estimate and, having the parts with him, began immediately. He replaced all necessary hardware and also replaced the rollers as he was able to show me these were significantly worn. The work was fast and obviously that of a well- trained professional. We also got to exchange a few hunting stories! :) Don't hesitate to call Precision.

You more than met my expectations, solved the problem in a very courteous and professional manner. Your technician was very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to. A couple of friends found your ad and helped me place the call and I was especially impress with the quick response as I had to Uber to Church and wasn't looking forward to figuring it out on my own again as my daughter in Delaware had ordered it for me this time. The service performed is not listed as you probably don't encounter 83 year old women recently widowed who panic when the door wont open without more knowledge of what could be wrong. Ice had formed and stuck the door to the ground or whatever is under it.
