tech came on time. His Picture sent in advance.... a great security measure in this day and age, especially for seniors. He spent time listening to customer, then did general diagnostics to problem solve. Gave reasonable explanation of issues and most economical options for remedy. Not cheap, but no high pressure sales tactics. Felt that he really knew his job. I would recommend this company again.

Wife backed into garage door before fully open. Track had minor bend and roller was out of place. The technician assessed damage and had it corrected in 5 minutes. The technician spent a few more minutes explaining how everything else looks good and gave me peace of mind. Very satisfied with the visit.

I'd heard Precision's commercials many times but had not had the opportunity to use their services until today when I went to walk the dog early this morning and found my "past its prime" garage door opener had decided it was done. I called Precision soon after and they sent out a representative later that same day and had a new opener installed before I was done with lunch. Mr. Henry (the installer) did a great job - asked good questions and tested the old opener and door to get a good feel for the problem. He provided me with several options at various prices to choose from which was appreciated. The new opener works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thanks, Precision!

I chose Precision doors because I have seen their ads on tv and they offer 24 hour service. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. The technician called and let me know he was on the way and gave me an arrival time. He was very courteous and it was nice that the company sent a picture of him and a brief bio. Service went well and the door was fixed in no time. Would highly recommend this company

Bryce came after 6:00pm and fixed everything. He stayed until I was satisfied. He was very friendly and was one of the nicest repairman we have ever had in our home. I was very confident in the work being done because he took me through the entire project. By the way no extra charge for working after 6:00pm..... I called the precision phone number to tell them our garage door wasnt working and the receptionist the tect nitch would be there in 2 to 4 hours and Jeffrey Pinney done a very good job replaced alot stuff on our garage-door he told us what needed to be replaced and showed us the worn out pieces and replaced them . We are very happy with his work and done it very fast it works great now. Thanks alot.
