I had several issues with Precision after my garage door spring broke.Bryce is the customer service person I dealt with and he did a fantastic job taking care of the issues I had. All under warranty and no extra charges. They even replaced the bottom panel for free after a service person left some small dents in it with a vice grip.overall excellent service
