Ryan was awesome. He was right on time. He was professional and friendly. He gave me options on our repair and was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did a great job repairing our door- it’s never been this quiet or smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.
I had several issues with Precision after my garage door spring broke.Bryce is the customer service person I dealt with and he did a fantastic job taking care of the issues I had. All under warranty and no extra charges. They even replaced the bottom panel for free after a service person left some small dents in it with a vice grip.overall excellent service
