From previous times we have used Precision never called anyone else. They ghave always taken superior care of our needs. Always emergency situations and always fast, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. Got through on first call and within 2 hours had door in operation. Gal that answered phone was very polite and helpful. Technician was very freindly and helpful. Still our #1 choice when garage door fails us.

We chose Precision after talking with friends and neighbors as well as receiving an advertisement in the mail. Precision - and specifically the technician Kyle - were wonderful to work with. Kyle was on time, courteous, explained options for repair, and did not pressure us to make a decision. His work was quick, the quoted amount was what we expected, and he provided excellent follow-up for us regarding maintaining our garage door for years to come. Cannot say enough good things about Kyle or Precision. We would highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy, the first gentleman (Zach A.) who came out to provide a bid was SO much friendlier than the first company we had come out. When it was install day, Hunter S. was professional and again very friendly. Precision was in and out after showing us how to work the upgraded garage. We couldn't be happier.

We had an excellent experience with Precision installing our new door and high track system. First, we absolutely love the transformative impact it made on our garage! Like many of us the need for garage door repair wasn't on my radar today, but with a BAM came the need for new springs. I didn't have the time or desire to fix it myself, and Precision Garage Door could have a tech here in an hour. My tech, Grant, was courteous and professional offering several repair options after assessing the age and condition of all my tension and lift components. The work was done in 45 minutes and everything was back in working order all around. I don't take the time to do too many reviews, so this review is well deserved.

I was very impressed with how fast someone was able to come out. The morning of my call, they arrived within 2 hours, The technician, Jordan Andrus who arrived was extremely polite, professional and friendly. He was able to examine the garage door and had a quote ready within 15 - 20 minutes.

Things never break at a good time. Saturday night, I got home about 8 pm and my garage door would not open. I called my son who came over and we discovered one spring had broken. He had used Precision before, so he went online and entered a work request for Monday. Sunday morning, they called and were able to work me in - they came, gave me an estimate, suggested a few repairs as preventative maintenance and had my door working within an hour Grant did a great job of explaining what was repaired, was friendly and fast. My door was working again, and that was great since it was below 0 outside. What a great experience, a great technician fixing my door - would highly recommend to anyone needing garage door fixed
