He ask some background questions about the existing equipment, including the age of the equipment, and we determined the best solution and he got to work. We called Precision Door this morning around 6 am as we had a spring break on our 16’ door. Phone was answered by an agent who took my information and scheduled a time for mid morning today for a crew to come out to repair. Company sent out Kyle Muyskens and his assistant to repair the work and answer questions that I had. We also were having issues with a wall switch on the same door. Kyle took the time to look at the door, advise of recommendations and what the cost would be all in a very professional manner. After accepting the work bid they proceeded to make the required changes. Door is operating much quieter and smoother then before and he had the wall switch. Having all the parts in his truck to do and finish the job speaks a lot for this company. I could not have received any better customer service. Great guys that handled the work. And they cleaned up after themselves!!! Thanks guys for a job well done

He was honest and I trusted him when he said the best option was a new door. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. Brandon Cosner took out the damaged door and installed the new one. Late this afternoon, I headed out of my home to run some errands. I get into my car in my garage, and my garage door will not open, I get out of my car go to the button on the wall and press it nothing. Long story short, I called Precision. The gal who answered the phone was professional, compassionate and sweet. She told me she could have someone out within an hour and a half. Thrilled does not express my happiness. I was sent a bio and a photo of the tech who would be coming, Grant showed up professional, friendly, intelligent and clean - what a sweet gentleman.
