I had a 20+ year old garage door opener that quit working, and it was evident I needed to replace it. I first called "Brand X" which touted 24/7 service, and while a service person did come out, I was advised that the office would call me that afternoon with an estimate and to schedule replacement. After four days I finally got a call back but told "Brand X" to forget it as out of frustration I had just called Precision and scheduled to them come out. In addition to confirming that I needed to replace the opener, I was astonished that they had everything they needed to begin work immediately. I was so impressed that although the identical opener on the other garage door was working fine, I had them replace it as well instead of waiting for it to fail. Our lead tech Kyle and his assistant were very organized and efficient, with removing the old units and installing both new units taking only about 2 hours. Very, very pleased. Thank you!

The previous motor unit installation (by different company) was done incorrectly, causing the whole unit to fall. I was able to get quick service and repairs on my garage door system. My garage door arm from the door to the track broke off. It was 24 years old. Unfortunately parts no longer available. Grant Sagan had a new opener installed and all remotes programed and ready to go less than than an hour later. On a Sunday morning no less in freezing temps.
