I called Prevision Door late yesterday afternoon as I could not get the garage door to fully close. They offered to send someone out yet that night if needed. Blake responded to my service inquiry and was very professional and personable. Definately over priced service and over charged. I was charged $60 for $20 bearings. I had 3 installed, do the math. I understand some mark up as appropriate, but 300%?? Only greed and theft, can justify that.
