Eric replaced a broken spring (car locked in garage), and also replaced the other worn spring along with other worn parts that were in need of attention. Eric was fantastic in analysis, explanation of issues, reasonable cost estimate, and our door and opener now work and sound great! Same day service late in the day! Very professional and courteous. Wow....same day service (actually same morning!) including diagnosing the red light and replacing the operator before lunch! Eric is a personable and knowledgeable professional.
