Precision is the best! My garage door would only open about 6 inches. At 7:30 a.m. I called Precision, and by 8:20 Ryan was here and started working on my garage door. I needed new springs and rollers. I appreciated he gave me a written estimate and let me choose what work I wanted done, before he started. He was so pleasant and did an excellent job! He worked non stop and left at 9:30.

I was so impressed by the whole experience of getting my garage repaired. What started out as a panicked morning of being stuck in my garage, turned into a speedy revamp of my door which has been clunky and noisy for years. The tech Scott Peterson was detailed, professional, and informative and made sure I understood everything that was wrong and everything that could be changed. I couldn't believe how fast the whole process was! I landed on this company when I saw that they had all 5 star reviews. I can now see why, because this is a great company. Unlike other repair businesses, they didn't try to upsell or quote me for anything I didn't need, which is such a welcome change from what I've experienced. May the 5 star reviews continue!

Eric came out to check out why my remotes weren't working with new batteries in them. Both the inside button and the outside pad worked. He discovered the problem, documented it and made warranty recommendations in case this happens again. All 3 remotes now work. Precision Door made the whole process of getting my broken springs replaced SO easy! I booked an appointment online (super easy to do) and they sent text messages to keep me updated on everything. My technician was Nathan, and he was prompt, professional and efficient. Great service provided today. I needed a garage keypad replaced. Called in the morning and Desiree offered the 4:00-6:00 pm slot with possibility of earlier if I would be available. Cody arrived at 3:20 pm after giving me 20-25 minutes’ notice. Very personable and efficient service. Will definitely use this company again.

The two technician's were very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was recommended and why. After the project was completed they explained how everything worked as the old garage door opener was old and needed updated and programed. They also replaced some needed parts. I had a problem with my Genie outdoor key pad garage door opener. I thought that I just needed to replace the batteries but apparently it had become disconnected to my overhead opener. After trying to contact Genie about the problem without success, I called Precision Garage Doors who had done the install of the overhead opener and key pad a couple of years ago. They agreed to come out and look at the key pad and determine why it was no longer working since it wasn't a battery problem. Eric came to my residence and quickly determined that the key pad was no longer activating the overhead opener and had to be re-synched. He completed the process quickly and my key pad was operational again. The best part, no charge for the service! Precision is my go to business for any problems with my garage doors. Great service and good people to work with.

Can't thank your team enough for the great service! Zach did a great job with the estimate, it was straightforward and no hidden costs or fees, and it was a fair price. Caiden was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He was quick and had the work done in no time. Now, when my garage doors are closed, I don't see light coming on either side of the door anymore. The new seal on the bottom of both my garage doors made so a difference. This is the second time your team has worked at my home and both times I have been nothing but impressed. THANK YOU!

We purchased a garage door two years ago - service at the time was amazing. Since then the electric opener on the garage wall went bad (not part of the original purchase, years old!) Hunter came out a year ago and went over and above trying to fix the unit, tracking down wiring, replacing wiring, and it ended up having to be replaced. We thought he was excellent at the time but I didn't write a review. The cable came off the door, and Hunter was out again to fix it. He is sooo thorough with everything he does. He not only fixed it, but noticed that the board the unit is attached to was slightly loose, secured that. He also made a point to tell us what we needed to do to maintain the door to keep it lubricated, and even left a can of lubricant for us to make sure we had the right stuff! Hunter is a huge asset to your company! Very pleasant, and extremely service minded! Every contact we've had with Precision Door has been an excellent experience, highly service oriented and I highly recommend to anyone!

This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with home repairs. My garage door decided that a Saturday afternoon was the perfect time to break (it wasn't). I contacted Precision at about 2pm. Brandon was dispatched and arrived by about 3pm. He replaced the tracks, wheels, and springs and was done before 430pm. WOW. It's so nice to have a garage door that not only works, but no longer wakes up the entire neighborhood every time I open it. THANK YOU!!! 11/10 Would definitely recommend!
