I was very pleased with the prompt courteous service I received from the Precision Door technician, Kyle Muyskens. He explained what needed to be done to the current door system to insure safe operation after the new garage door opener was installed. He explained the new system and cleaned the area when he finished. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a new garage door opener or a "tune-up" on their old door.

I was having problems with my 45+ year door opener and I called to get an estimate at 4.55pm. By 5.15 Jordan was in my driveway looking at the issue. In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. Second time using them and great customer service.

This company has very good customer service and their technicians are very competent. I had a new garage door opener installed three years ago. Recently I had a problem with the garage door opening and they came out within an hour. It was just a minor problem and there was no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Jordan came and he was THE best! He worked very fast and he was able to fix what we thought was a really complex problem, with a couple simple fixes! He described everything he needed to do for us and made it really easy for us to understand what was going on. He came the day of and also got everything fix in under an hour and a half. Great work!

We had an 10+ yr opener where the sensor eyes were picking up false indications, preventing the door from going down. I logged onto the Precision website 11pm Sunday evening and was able to make a service appt for Monday morning. Technician Sam called ~ 20 minutes ahead of his arrival on Monday morning to give us a heads up he was on his way. On site, he was very cordial, explained the situation, and some solutions--- all while not trying to upsell any product. New opener and rollers installed in ~ 1 1/2 hrs and everything is back to working as intended. Highly recommend!

I had an urgent situation happen the other day with my garage door. The cable drum on one side broke and set the whole door ajar. I called Precision and they had a tech out in less than an hour! Sam M did a fantastic job! Since all of the mechanics of the door were so old, Sam had all of the materials on his truck and was able to get everything replaced with all new equipment in just 1 1/2 hrs. A true life saver as we were on the heels of another major winter storm and super frigid weather. Can’t thank you enough Precision and most importantly, Sam! ????

Kyle and Jason were unable to fix my problem with my Genie 900 opener. I admit my garage is a mess but they had ample room to get to opener and wall switch. I was asked "so exactly what is it you would like me to do?" To which I replied, "well, by that question, I can tell this isn't going to go well" (obviously I wanted them to fix it, it was an electrical problem.). I sensed from the get go they really weren't keen on trying to fix it nor putting in a new one. But then having to pay $53.44 and then sign multiple signatures didn't leave me with a good experience.

I have been putting off getting the garage door units repaired as unsure of the cost as needed new opener, unit, spring,etc. I called for an estimate. They came same day. The cost was reasonable and they began fixing it immediately and fixed in 1-2 hours at most. My neighbors will so impressed I am parking my car in the garage! Bryce was great- thorough, explained it all, gave me options, highly recommend!
