I called Precision at two, and my tech Caiden arrived at 3:00 PM. Caiden explained what was wrong, how it could be fixed, and how much the repair would cost. He went to work, and 30 minutes later, the repair we discussed, and more, were complete. Caiden was polite, and qui k with a smile and a firm handshake. We discussed possible concerns for the future, and how we would address them. And if I choose to replace my 40 year old door, I'll request Caiden. I trust him to do it fast and do it right, and anyone reading this should, too.

We had one side of our garage doors spring snap and break. So we needed to find someone to repair the door and where looking all night into the morning online to try and find someone. Looking through all the reviews. We found precision. And they where ranked extremely high with customer service and work. So we went ahead set up a appointment and where out the same day. And was able to get everything fixed and repaired in about a hour. Maybe less. Caiden was amazing and great. Very kind and caring. We will definitely get a hold of this company in the future for any work that needs done. Thank you Caiden so much.

Out concrete garage floor will be leveled at an inch higher than the present level. The service team responded immediately to adjust the height of the rail and trim, and performed quick and excellent work. The two individuals sent for service were courteous and, importantly, looked me in the eyes to shake my hand. (Old people like me are impressed by that!)

when I got home on a Friday evening I noticed one of my springs on my garage door was broken. I put in a request online for service. I was surprised to here from someone right away. They said they could get someone out to look at it tomorrow (Saturday). I thought WOW! Grant came out and determined it was a bigger door than what he had parts for on his truck. He made a call and Brandon was here yet that afternoon. He also did not have the parts to fix it that day and said he would have to order them. He put a clamp on the spring as a temporary repair so I could continue to use the door without incurring any damage. Brandon gave me a quote of what he recommended for a repair. Needless to say after 21 years of not having any service to the door there were quite a few things that needed replaced. The part was in the next Tuesday and Brandon was back out to get the door operating better than it ever has. Nothing but professionalism from the scheduling to the service techs. I could not be happier with this company. Thank you for great service.

Caiden, quickly diagnosed the issues with our door opener power unit, and provided us with multiple options and quotes. Based on the options presented, we selected the one that made the best sense to us and authorized Caiden to proceed. Within a short period of time Caiden completed the installation and patiently walked us through all the operational procedures with the new system.
