The tech was very friendly and helpful. The car in the garage wouldn't start, so the tech will have to come back another time and install the garage door opener. I felt absolutely terrible that he drove here for nothing!! He said he would come back when the car would start.

I appriciated the phone call to let me know when Sam would be arriving, as well as the picture and brief bio to let me know who would be coming.
