On Saturday, I gave up trying to get my “automatic” garage door open. After hearing the ads on tv, I called Precision. I was amazed when a technician showed up on time as scheduled, was very pleasant and fixed my garage door within an hour. What a relief. Charges were reasonable. I selected Precision Garage Door Service based on their rating with the BBB and their online reviews. I called at 8 am and Grant, the technician arrived around 10:30 am. He diagnosed the broken spring right away, then assessed the door and its opener. When he found out the opener was over 20 years old, he recommended we replace it as well. Grant gave us several options. My husband and I asked him what he would recommend. He gave us an option that was not the least expensive but not the most expensive, either. We believed it to be reasonable, so we took his suggestion. We now have a much quieter opener that should last several more years.
