We contacted Precision and they came out the following day on time! The technician Sam Mathis called and texted me that he was on his way. Arrived on time! He looked over the issues, wrote up a total cost and completed the project within 1 hour. Garage door operates as it should! Pricing is reasonable for a garage door repair, perhaps on the higher side overall, but service was excellent!

Scheduling,quick and easy. Arrival within estimated parameters. Technician, professional and nice. Yet, tried up selling too much. Added some items onto the bill that he didn't tell me about, and I did not approve to pay for them. He graciously removed the items from my bill, because he said he didn't ask for an approval. I appreciate that. At the same time after researching what needed to be done, I was expecting it to cost at around $125 to $200 based on other businesses. The sticker shop was upward of $440 for a 1 hour job.
