I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!

We were very happy with Precision Door Service. They were able to come out the day our garage door broke unlike other companies we contacted. I'm very pleased with the speed and professionalism in getting my garage door opener replaced. The service tech was friendly and explained everything to me in such a way, I was able to understand exactly what was going on.
