Scheduling,quick and easy. Arrival within estimated parameters. Technician, professional and nice. Yet, tried up selling too much. Added some items onto the bill that he didn't tell me about, and I did not approve to pay for them. He graciously removed the items from my bill, because he said he didn't ask for an approval. I appreciate that. At the same time after researching what needed to be done, I was expecting it to cost at around $125 to $200 based on other businesses. The sticker shop was upward of $440 for a 1 hour job.

Precision just replaced the springs on our door today after we had one break. Brandon Cosner reviewed our existing door and recommended the service we needed based on the age of the hardware. Garage Door Precision Service was absolutely amazing to work with. Fantastic communication! I knew who was coming, they sent a picture of the person in a text with contact information. I ask a lot of questions and the person they sent was so patient, answered everything, and also gave additional information that was helpful for us when we were making decisions. Work with them, you won't regret it! A panel on our garage door broke. After talking about our options we ordered a new one and also had a keypad installed. We were able to get a consultant, quote, and get it fixed in less than 48 hours.

Three years ago when the spring on my garage door broke, my son-in-law recommended Precision Garage Door. So I called them and they were at my house in a very short time and fixed my door. So this morning when my garage door wouldn't stay down I called them and someone was here within an hour. I was very impressed. The young man who came looked over the problem and made some adjustments to the door and it was fixed. When I asked how much the charge was, he replied that there was none. That the springs were causing the problem and since I had them replaced three years ago it was included in cost of the springs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are fast, courteous, professional and they stand behind their work!!!!!

We had Precision Door come out to evaluate our 2 garage doors. They did replace all rollers, cables and one door overhead spring system. Great job totally happy. After a few weeks one door would drop down a little, right at my head height. They came out and did a 10 minute adjustment no charge no problem. Appreciate the professional treatment thru it all. Precision Doors replaced my door opener 4-5 yrs ago. I like it so much that I had them replace my garage door this week. I am amazed at how nice it is! They did excellent work and the door is nicely sealed all the way around it. I also purchased the extended warranty which is for 15 yrs. That will take care of me for a long time!
