We were very happy with Precision Door Service. They were able to come out the day our garage door broke unlike other companies we contacted. I'm very pleased with the speed and professionalism in getting my garage door opener replaced. The service tech was friendly and explained everything to me in such a way, I was able to understand exactly what was going on. Several options were presented and fully explained but there was no pressure to choose one option over another. Eric was very efficient and did an excellent job. He even took the time to program the garage door opener button in my Ford Escape. I no longer need the remote that came with the door. I rate him 5 stars.
