We were very pleased working with Precision garage service. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sam Campbell was the technician that completed our garage work. Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. The technician gave us a few different pricing options to choose from depending on what options of work we wanted done. We will for sure be using Precision again for all our garage needs.

We have seen their service trucks all around the metro & learned from the advertisements that the trucks are fully stocked. No extra nighttime or weekend charges either! The service to replace our garage door spring was fast & efficient. Will definitely recommend Precision Door to everyone we know. Our technician Sam was great!

I chose Precision from TV adds and coupon in ValuPac. Previous owner had work done so all that was needed was minor service. However, the motor was past its life, so I opted to replace it. Jordan was very knowledgeable and helpful thru the process. He has good customer and work skills. Thank you.

I love these guys/gals. Came out on appt time and did thorough check on all components and found a simple solution. Very professional and will use again if needed. These service techs have had a very exhausting two weeks due to the extreme cold causing many issues. But our service rep was friendly, thorough and still spent time explaining what the cause was and then the solution. I highly recommend. Jim A

I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!
