We chose Precision because their website specifically advertised that they repair garage door openers. I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment online, and the technician arrived right at the appointed time. Once our opener was evaluated, the technician (Sam) explained the problem was with the internal electronics and why it would cost more to fix than replace. With no pressure, he explained the options. Once we decided that the best option was to replace the unit, he had everything installed in about an hour. He programmed the car remotes and the keypad for us and went through the warranty information. Sam was very patient with our questions and very professional and polite.

I have been very pleased with Precision Garage Doors installation of our new drive belt system as well as a follow up a year later with a roller issue. In both cases we were given same day service by a respectful serviceman. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Precision Door at 7:30 AM on 8/27 and the tech called me 20 minutes from arrival and was on site around 8:40 AM Completed repairs to my garage door in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the tech they sent, Kyle Muyskens he was very friendly and a true professional. I would recommend this company for all of your garage door needs and ask for Kyle you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time we have used Precision. When we have called they have arrived in a short amount of time. In fact we had another person here at our home doing work. He was so impressed on how quick Precision showed up at our home that he asked for some business cards to pass out to his customers. Sam did a very good job putting our garage door opener installed.

Google search for our area. First one I called and could get out same day. Your google ad said same day service and my car was stuck in the garage. Could have got out but needed a 2nd person. Came out in 3.5 hours and fixed in 5. Gave me 3 options on fixing and let me choose. No pressure on ether one.

I love these guys/gals. Came out on appt time and did thorough check on all components and found a simple solution. Very professional and will use again if needed. These service techs have had a very exhausting two weeks due to the extreme cold causing many issues. I made a phone call to Precision and they were at my house within 35 mins. Very nice repair man, Brandon, gave us all the info for a new opener. The problem is temporarily fixed but due to the age it will probably needed replaced. Service was prompt and efficient!
