on Sunday I called to set up a apointment for Monday. I was told there was a tech in our neighborhood and if I wanted he could stop by today and no additional cost.I was given a time frame of 2-4 and the tech arrived at 1.The tech looked at my door and explained the 25 yr old motor was on its last leg. He gave me a estimate that was acceptable and a good value.Within two hours the job was done and all was explained. I would like to thank the operator and the tech Grant Sagan for there courtesy and good work. I would highly recommend this company. Jim Gorham.

Kyle was absolutely great. He was great at communicating and was so easy to work with. He was so flexible as I had to manage my kiddos throughout it all and made sure he was clear with all of my options. I will definitely want him to come back if there are any issues that come up later - but I don’t think that will happen because he was thorough and did great! In what seemed like a short period of time, Sam announced that he had finished and that everything was working properly. Torsion spring broke on a Sunday. Two hours from the first call to fully operational. Polite and sharp tech (Worth) laid out options and got right to work. Even managed to not wake our baby in the nursery right above the garage somehow. Very reasonable price.

I found a flyer in a ValPack for you and thought I'd call a couple places to check my options for the repair needed for my garage door. The staff that answered the phone, came to service the door, and everything involved was FABLOUS! I called in the early afternoon, and someone was at our home in about an hour. The repair was able to be completed RIGHT AWAY and resolved - Hurray! My husband said that Sam explained everything very well and offered ideas/options that made us feel that they weren't just pushing a sale - LOVE THIS. We had another company out to look at it a few hours before you and they weren't able to provide specifics/service right away (sales had to get back to us and still haven't). My one criticism is that I was VERY hesitant to contact you in the first place. I Google searched the phone number on the flyer (515-934-8339), and nothing came up! I also went to the website on the flyer and noticed that the phone numbers listed on the site do not match the flyer either. Very unnerving with all the scammers out there these days - it made me not start off with trust and made me WANT to second guess options offered. I decided to contact your company anyway because I could at least compare to the other company that came out. After calling in, getting text notifications, and the experience with Sam, we were put to ease. I am pleased overall but would caution you about these things and suggested looking into this to gain trust of future customers. Thank you!

Called in at 4:29 pm Monday to a very polite and professional call center lady (sorry I forgot her name). She helped me schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning 8-10am. Bryce called ahead of arriving. He was timely, professional and was quick to troubleshoot our issue. We needed two new “eyes”. We highly recommend Precision. They have helped us now with what is our 3rd house/garage door issue.

The door broke at 10:30 p.m. and snow storm on the way. Saw 5 star reviews and open until 11 p.m. Called and got Scott was excellent and on time at 10:00 A.M. the next day! Gave choices, explained well and saw the problems he showed me. Set up openers to vehicles. We went with fix it all (rollers, springs, etc.) to save more trouble and another call back later, which also appealed to us with included 10 year warranty. We had the intel opener system installed six years ago by the same company. Excellent customer service!
