I got someone out to the house within two hours and they even came early! It took no more than ten minutes for a full inspection and a very detailed overview of what was wrong, what wasn’t, what would need fixed later and then we got a few quotes and then the garage fixed all within an hour. This is by far the best service I have gotten and would recommend to anyone. Worth Henry is very knowledgeable and kind. He was straight forward with the prices and had answers for all our questions.

Noticed that my panels on garage door had sunlight coming thru and then saw screws had pulled loose from the hinges. Called Precision at 9:20am and within an hour the service tech was there to fix it. Even though it wasn't an emergency you showed up immediately. Tech Brandon show me what else was or could go wrong, wrote up the estimate, which I approved & repair completely quickly. Great reaction time, tech work & customer service. Thank you

I chose Precision because they came out last year when our spring broke. We called on a Sunday night I believe and they came out the next morning and repaired and installed a new opener. Reasonable price and excellent service! I called them out yesterday and they were here this morning. Nothing really wrong , but technician checked it out and told me everything was fine. His name was Sam and he was friendly, professional, and courteous. They didn’t charge me anything. Sam said he was in the area and it was under warranty. I highly recommend Precision!! David james

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. I've used Precision before and was very satisfied with their service, also I had a Val-Pak coupon. The Technician called to check if arriving early was ok and it was. He was very polite and friendly. He fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. Will use Precision for any future garage door issues.
