My husband and I were in need of getting our garage door fixed. It flat out would not open without manually lifting it for which even then, was way too heavy to be doing this repeatedly. I had went on line to fine the best garage door repair service in town and came across this company whom responded immediately to my inquiry. They told me that I would have a technician out the following day to assist us with our needs. For one, I was very shocked. It's not only the weekend but a holiday as well. I wasn't expecting anyone until the following week. When I was told the time frame of when the technician would come, I accepted it and was also provided the option to accept an earlier time if the technician was available. I was ecstatic when I received the call sooner than arranged that the technician could come sooner. I received a message prior to the call with the technician's name and a little about him for which I really liked to see. The technician's name is Scott Peterson. Can I just say, 5 stars is not enough! I would give 10 or more!!! Scott was very kind. He provided a thorough explanation to what he saw with our garage doors which the main one had a broken spring. He provided us options to fix it which included either staying with the original system or getting a new one installed with a lifetime warranty. He showed us exactly what happened with the original install of the current system for which concerned us that we had been in our newly built home for no more than five years, and the system was already breaking! He provided us a few options and gave us his opinion. I appreciated him thoroughly explaining his work, providing us pictures of the work, and him giving us the options of fixing our system without any pressure. Once again, Scott deserves more than 5 stars!!! I would recommend him and Precision any day!! We had more than just the springs fixed, we received a new system! Thank you so much for all you do!

I called at just the right time today to get my very noisy garage door repaired. The tech was 10 minutes away! Cody Wallace thoroughly inspected the door & mechanism and fully explained recommended services & repairs including costs. He had all needed parts on his service van and completed the work in about an hour. Very pleased with the results!

My name is Charles Herrera, I am Chris’ father. I wanted to help my son by giving him the gift of a new garage door opener, since his stopped working. I contacted more than one company to get an estimate, and or appointment to check out Chris’ situation. Precision not only was the first to respond, they offered me an appointment for early the next day. Their Tech, Grant Sagan exactly when he was supposed to. My son said he was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. After Grant diagnosed the problem my son was having, he proposed few options to get the door up and running. We accepted our best option, and the work was done efficiently, and skillfully. My son and I are impressed with the quality of workmanship and the speed at which the repair and installation was accomplished. Definitely a 5 Star installation. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of any garage door services.

I received excellent service from Precision Garage Door. I called for an appointment and was spoken to pleasantly. The person that I spoke to was professional and very thorough. I was able to schedule a next day appointment. My technician, Nathan, called me to verify the appointment, and came when he said he would. I appreciated that. Nathan completed a detailed inspection of my garage door system, identified the problem, and other issues that I didn't know about. He provided three estimates and explained all three in a way that allowed me to make the best decision for me. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

We originally called about a broken spring for one garage door - and ended up having a complete replacement done on both garage doors. Worth was very thorough, explaining to us why our garage door springs (that had been replaced not so long ago) didn't last, and the weaknesses in our system (original to when our house was built nearly 30 years ago) that would likely cause issues in the near future. The entire replacement (everything but the doors) was done more quickly than I imagined. The doors are quieter and have a lifetime warranty. We would definitely recommend Worth for his professionalism and quality work.

Our spring snapped, trapping my son's car inside. (Manual lever didn't work). I called in the late afternoon, and they booked me for 1st thing the next morning.(a Saturday) Adam called saying he was on his way, and sent a Bio so I knew what he looked like, and alittle about him professionally & personally. He arrived, assessed the situation, provided 3 options and discussed things in detail when I had questions. He got to work immediately, and had everything done and cleaned up in 2 hours. He was VERY professional and personable and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend this company based solely on this one transaction and the office customer service.

The service was prompt which was needed because the garage entrance to our home is much needed. Worth contacted us with the approximate time he would be at our home. He was polite and explained the problems with our “opener” and gave us the cost of the repairs. He was efficient and friendly. We have had two Precision Door employees at our current address, Grant and Worth and both I would recommend your service and employees.
