I discoved a broken door spring at 4:20 pm. Checked with my son-in-law and he recommended Precision Door Service. I called them at 4:24 and they said it was possible to set an appointment around 6:00 pm. At 4:40 I received the tech's information and photo via text. The tech, Worth Henry, arrived within 20 minutes and completed the installation by 5:59. Nice young man and a quick completion of the repair. Great service! Thank you.

on Sunday I called to set up a apointment for Monday. I was told there was a tech in our neighborhood and if I wanted he could stop by today and no additional cost.I was given a time frame of 2-4 and the tech arrived at 1.The tech looked at my door and explained the 25 yr old motor was on its last leg. He gave me a estimate that was acceptable and a good value.Within two hours the job was done and all was explained. Kyle was absolutely great. He was great at communicating and was so easy to work with. He was so flexible as I had to manage my kiddos throughout it all and made sure he was clear with all of my options.
