Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.

As expected, the inspection revealed much more that they wanted to do, but gave me the option to have the work done that I needed done. The tech did a great job and repaired the door to make it functional again. I liked the service and would have them back again. Kyle did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He walked through everything he was seeing before making repairs and gave me options for repairing my door. He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of. I chose not to make that repair today but they’ll be the first ones I’ll call when I need my next repair or replacement door.

Our 20 year old garage door finally gave out. Called at 10...we could not lift the door at all, and we needed our car! They were at the house by 1230 and replaced the entire mechanism. Friendly, and the garage was a bit cleaner after they left! We highly recommend Precision Door.
