Garage door broke on Friday evening. Tech was on another job and said he would be here between 6am and 7am the next morning. He arrived on time, presented me with 3 options to repair door and promptly, repaired door. Eric was very professional and very pleasant. He explained what he was doing and why. I will certainly recommend him and use him again in the future if needed.

Hi, I would like to give a shout out and high five to Eric! He was not only very personable but very honest. From the initial phone call I made to their office he was at my residence within 2 hours. I asked for a quote for repairing versus buying a garage door and Eric was honest and straight forward on the pricing along of the makeup of my garage door. I also asked for the garage door opener sensors be relocated along with my wireless keypad to be reprogrammed. This was great customer service and if I need service again I will not have to research any further.
