Had some cables on the side of the garage door dangling one day after opening the garage door. Looked into it and realized they helped load balance the door and I knew that needed fixed. Looked online and found Precision. They had a tech available next day! I got one two days later for work reasons, but Kyle came out, evaluated the door in about 15 minutes and let me know the issue(s). He suggested all fixes, had 3 levels, and kindly explained them. I only really needed 1 to fix the spring breaking, but did opt for the torsion bar and system as well as the rollers! Wasn’t pushy about what fix or fixes I should do which I appreciate. He went to work and an hour later the door was better than before! Very professional, kind, gave me some advice on the third issue if I wanted to DIY the sensors and fix it up. Honestly super appreciative to have a functional garage door again!

I feel I was sold a inefficient situation to a problem a year or two ago and now worse problems with an expensive solution with a bait and switch option as soon as I did not agree to an over-sell option to something that could have been addressed the last time you were here No offense to the employees personally just probably process I have run a over $400 million dollar business and you can’t try and just not solve a problem for a client without looking at the possibility of what could happen if you don’t look long term Probably not use you again but keep working on improving from comments Thanks

I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly.
