Sam Mathis was our technician, and we can't praise Sam highly enough! Sam arrived on time, analized our garage door problem immediately and got right to work. In what seemed like a short period of time, Sam announced that he had finished and that everything was working properly. Having never had a garage door problem before, we were anticipating a rather large bill, but instead we were pleased to find that the bill was very reasonable. We have nothing but praise for your company and your employees, including your telephone receptionist. Add another star to your five-star rating system!

Torsion spring broke on a Sunday. Two hours from the first call to fully operational. Polite and sharp tech (Worth) laid out options and got right to work. Even managed to not wake our baby in the nursery right above the garage somehow. Very reasonable price.

I found a flyer in a ValPack for you and thought I'd call a couple places to check my options for the repair needed for my garage door. The staff that answered the phone, came to service the door, and everything involved was FABLOUS! I called in the early afternoon, and someone was at our home in about an hour. The repair was able to be completed RIGHT AWAY and resolved - Hurray! My husband said that Sam explained everything very well and offered ideas/options that made us feel that they weren't just pushing a sale - LOVE THIS. We had another company out to look at it a few hours before you and they weren't able to provide specifics/service right away (sales had to get back to us and still haven't). My one criticism is that I was VERY hesitant to contact you in the first place. I Google searched the phone number on the flyer (515-934-8339), and nothing came up! I also went to the website on the flyer and noticed that the phone numbers listed on the site do not match the flyer either. Very unnerving with all the scammers out there these days - it made me not start off with trust and made me WANT to second guess options offered. I decided to contact your company anyway because I could at least compare to the other company that came out. After calling in, getting text notifications, and the experience with Sam, we were put to ease. I am pleased overall but would caution you about these things and suggested looking into this to gain trust of future customers. Thank you!

Called in at 4:29 pm Monday to a very polite and professional call center lady (sorry I forgot her name). She helped me schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning 8-10am. Bryce called ahead of arriving. He was timely, professional and was quick to troubleshoot our issue. We needed two new “eyes”. We highly recommend Precision. They have helped us now with what is our 3rd house/garage door issue.

The door broke at 10:30 p.m. and snow storm on the way. Saw 5 star reviews and open until 11 p.m. Called and got Scott was excellent and on time at 10:00 A.M. the next day! Gave choices, explained well and saw the problems he showed me. Set up openers to vehicles. We went with fix it all (rollers, springs, etc.) to save more trouble and another call back later, which also appealed to us with included 10 year warranty. We had the intel opener system installed six years ago by the same company. Excellent customer service!

Very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the technician, Worth. The work was done efficiently and correctly. It's an added bonus to have a technician that is friendly and courteous. It was amazing how quickly he got the work done. This was a replacement of the torsion spring the drive motor and belt and also the cable. I would absolutely recommend Precision for any garage door related work that needs to be done.

I called with an issue of my garage door motor not operating, a technician was able to come out in 10 to 30 minutes and called me when he was close to my home, which I really appreciated. The technician who came was named Worth Henry and he was worth his weight in gold as he was very knowledgeable and figured out my issue within two minutes of looking at the situation. He was kind enough to explain to me what went wrong and showed me what to do if it happened again. I was charged for the basic service charge and the tech also pointed out that there was only one spring on my garage door and because it is a double door there should be two springs and suggested I get a spring installed on the other side so that I don't end up wearing out the only spring on the door as it is getting over worked. He gave me an estimate for that and said call us if you want to get this fixed as well. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as they are prompt, honest, helpful and are reasonably priced. My opener was noisy, the spring was in poor shape and the tracks were out of alignment because I tried to open the door with a lock engaged. The outside weather gaskets were cut too short so they were not working at all. Grant Sagan, the technician from Precision Garage Door Service asked me to tell him what was going on. He outlined everything that was needed and quoted me a fair price even though a return trip would be required for the new door gaskets. The work that was performed was done in a very professional manner at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the people at Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for any Garage door issues you could have. They have earned our continued, future business.

Had some cables on the side of the garage door dangling one day after opening the garage door. Looked into it and realized they helped load balance the door and I knew that needed fixed. Looked online and found Precision. They had a tech available next day! I got one two days later for work reasons, but Kyle came out, evaluated the door in about 15 minutes and let me know the issue(s). He suggested all fixes, had 3 levels, and kindly explained them. I only really needed 1 to fix the spring breaking, but did opt for the torsion bar and system as well as the rollers! Wasn’t pushy about what fix or fixes I should do which I appreciate. He went to work and an hour later the door was better than before! Very professional, kind, gave me some advice on the third issue if I wanted to DIY the sensors and fix it up. Honestly super appreciative to have a functional garage door again!
